Cafe Melzar

We chose this cafe for breakfast based on the reviews. It didn’t disappoint!
My husband throughly enjoyed his fresh orange juice.

Now we know why no tourist come through this town anymore.
Had the brisket bagel- meat cooked probably 2 weeks ago!
Two double shot coffees- $17!
Obviously charging like wounded bulls to make up for lack of customer volume.
Reviews say this is the best option for breakfast…. I say find a MacDonalds …!

Delicious chilli scrambled eggs here. Nice modern cafe with a good choice on menu and some unique specials. Toilets out the back.

A very, very good breakfast. Recommend the Big M and the Hash Stack. Coffee was smooth. Will definitely visit again

I had a ramen and it was absolutely tremendous! My son had the pancakes and they were fluffy, sweet and very delicious too. Service was awesome, coffee was awesome and everything about the place was comfy and accommodating.

I have travelled all lot around Australia. And this place by far has the best benny eggs breakfast. Beautiful friendly staff and great food every time. Do yourself a favour and try one! Thankyou.

Great menu, great coffee. Sadly slow service, we waited an hour for our meal (which was great when it arrived).

The food here is amazing! I had the rhubarb pancakes, it tasted phenomenal (especially the custard) & perfect portion size.

Bought coffee from here based on reviews these reviews. Coffee was just milky, not strong at all. I won't be going back!

Wait time for the food was about 30 mins which didnt set the right mood. Granola bowl was great, pancakes were underwhelming

What a gem in mount gambier. We ordered chana masala, smokey chipotle chicken burger, corn jack stack and jamaican jerk chicken. Food was so yummy, well balanced flavour, fresh and cannot stop eating them. Service was good and friendly too.

Great cafe, lots of delicious gluten free choices. Handled coeliac request very well. Highly recommend!

Not too bad at all. A reasonably nice store. Interesting furniture and a decent range of food and drinks. The service is good. Will definitely return for a visit
