Cadell Street Fish & Chips

On holiday. Ordered 6 different meals. Each one was perfectly cooked and tasty. Prices were fair. Would use again.

Food greasy, taste like old oil! Food discusting! Great fish & chips main St at Victor harbour near pub they've won several awards for thier food.they also sell some alcohol.dining room real nice too, or you can eat outside.trust me go there u won't ever come back here for oily food!

I had take away from here a few times. It was hit and miss the first time, but the last time I went there in Jan 19 the food was pretty good.
The staff are always friendly.
Next time I go I will try the pizza.

This is the worst fish and chips I have ever eaten, the fish was swimming away in oil, so un-pleasingly greasy and the chips were horrendously grainy and oily, I'm thinking how can you sell this, have people here got no standards to how food should be tasting and feeling, crispy, crunchy, non greasy and foremost fresh

The greatest fish and chips ever. We came here about 8 years ago and fell in love. Quality hasnt changed, still very clean, well operated and very tasty. Would drive the hour and half drive from home just to eat here.

The prices are good and the chips were incredibly awesome. Better come here if you're around feeling for some golden crisp potatoes.

Pretty solid fish and chip shop with a nice selection of fish to choose from. Chips are fresh and delicious. Good range of other menu items too plus drinks and ice cream. Plenty of seats out front. Proper beach town honesy fish and chips you can't find in the city.

Giving 4stars because the food was great. The service was lacking a little. Picking up an order on the way to a friend's however there was no name attached so had to guess what it was.
Quite a nice establishment, however watching the staff play with piercings and then the food didn't sit too well. Thankfully it wasn't the food we ate.

Food was awesome, flake was really cheap, especially for good quality. Staff was a little curt, but it was busy, so very understandable.

So this place is pretty good. The measure of a good fish and chip shop is whether or not the chips are still crispy when you get home.well, they are. The 'G' burger is worth a try as well!

Depends who you get preparing you food. The younger guy is great. Usually cooks your fish to perfection, the older lady is blunt and unhappy and the fish is soggy with fat. It's my favourite fish shop, but only when the guys working

Service was good. Good value fish and chips. Chips prepared and cooked on the premises the old fashioned way; so they were sooo nice! Despite being busy we didnt wait long so very efficient. Premises were bright and clean.

Love coming here for a drive on a weekend with my family and grabbing lunch. Fresh cut chips are amazing, great burgers and hot dogs. Been coming here for years. Even the new owners kept cooking the same, thankfully

Quick service. Potato cakes, dim sims and chips were good, but fish was quite average. It was a little bit pricey, we were disappointed that discounts or packs available.

A great place that actually get the chips right. Friendly staff and a favourite amoung kids and locals

Decent value, one of the only options on a Wednesday night in Goolwa. Could pick up the customer service level.
