Beach House Cafe reviews
50Always sensational, reasonably priced, great food, great staff and the Proprietors - Ray and Ange are simply the Best
Went there for dinner as we always like to try new places & their food. Beach House Cafe looks like a great community hub and a cool cafe. We tried Rump steak with prawn and Teriyaki duck with fried rice. Both are stone grill dish. With the rump steak, the seasoning wasn’t even but it wasn’t too bad (probably the kitchen was too busy that night). Had to wait tooo long for the cocktail drink but overall experience wasn’t bad. Price for the food was moderate. May be.we will try again
The vibe is cool and eclectic. My pizza was nice but the base seemed undercooked. Sad to see New Zealand wine on the menu. Now more than ever we need to support our local South Australian wine industry. On a hot day try to get a table at the front, not only to enjoy the view but the cool breeze. Will definately be back to try their curries as they smelt delicious.
I don’t know what their vision of curry is but what they served was.below average. Two different curry dishes were almost indistinguishable from each other. They both tasted very similar to each other except for one being a bit spicier. The serving sizes were inconsistent: one order was almost a full container whilst the other had 25% less. They tasted like the were watered down and out of a can. Overpriced garbage. Order something else.
The salad was delicious and the chips were crunchy and yummy.the prawn cutlets were ok.helpings were big.
Best lamb rogan josh I've had, and the rest of the food is great as well! Great atmosphere, great people
Normally like this place however being coeliac went the gluten free pizza option. 4.50 extra for small option only. It was a Coles brand base for sure. Very disappointing and the toping was also average with grissly chicken and lack of flavour. Cheeky charging this much for a store bought crappy base. Won’t hurry back
Always a great atmosphere with great food. Staff are friendly and welcoming, and you can get take away too!
You won't find a better wood oven pizza than at The Beach House Cafe.also the staff are super friendly. We'll be back. Loved it
