Extremely Bad customer service, especially their Manager Manish, he has no sense of talking to Customer neither to his staff. Job was not done properly on vehicle and I paid $64.99 for deluxe wash.when I raised this issue with him while i was their, he lost his temper for no reason (just because they were too BUSY,) does not mean they should not maintain their standard. STRONGLY NOT RECOMMENDED

My car has always been made to sparkle at Aqua, and the staff are always courteous and helpful.

Cleaned car well and service was good, however the waiting area really smelt like I was in an indian restaurant - and the air conditioner was not working that well - this can be easily remedied by servicing your air conditioner and lighting some candles - then the experience would have been great. Also the "free" WIFI did not work.

Poor service, never go there. Owner exploits his employees if you respect human values, get ur car wash somewhere else.

Always wash the car at this place, but not too sure what is happening recently, my car not very clean and have many finger print. But still give 5 stars for customers service.

The exterior wash was average. The package I chose was said to wax my vehicle, however, I don't believe wax was used. Somehow there was sand on a few of my wheels after the wash was completed, which I had to remove. The job they did on the interior was said to make the interior smell good, however, has left stains on my interior, leaving large moist stains on the seats and the leather around my gearstick.

Best car wash in Adelaide. Love how quickly the car is washed and as much as I want for just $49/month, that’s a bargain. Customer service is great, coffee is great and got a dedicated kids area. I’ve been to so many car wash and by far, this is the best! Keep up the good work

Great service, very professional and a lot quicker than many car washes out there.i was there this Sunday for the first time to get the wash and detail done and couldn’t fault a thing. The guys did an incredible job. I was thoroughly satisfied and staff were very polite and helpful. Would go back for sure.

Best place in Adelaide for a car wash. I've worked in the industry and dealt with many detailers. These guys did the best job with the quickest turn around time for our professional dealings. And now with my personal car I drive an hour to get here. Wouldn't go anywhere else!

To all people seeking for job here, dont go here. The manager will keep you on trial for 3 days. Make you work like dog and pay you nothing by end of three days and tell you that you are not fit for work. Also he pays in cash which is against fair pay. Beware of these people.
