Aqua Hand Car Wash & Detailing

They are totally disappointing. I gave my fresh car with light scratch to them and they just made the scratch more deep and also gave me a new scratch in bottom of the front bonnet corner.

Took my car in today at around 3pm as they close at 5pm to try my luck! Luckily they were able to take my car in. The service I received was beyond amazing, my car was absolutely disgusting and they have given it back to me like brand new, just how I drove it out the day I brought it, I could not be happier, quality, service and price was all great, if you need your car detailed this is your place. I know I’ll definitely be back.

Been to few car washes before, but found out these guys always do the best car wash around always.

I recently had my car detailed at Aqua car wash prospect, and I must say, it was a rather underwhelming experience. Despite paying a hefty $250 for the service, the results were far from impressive. There were noticeable spots that hadn't been properly cleaned, and the interior, though tidied up, didn't have that 'freshly detailed' feel. To add to the disappointment, the customer service left much to be desired. The staff seemed disinterested and lacked the enthusiasm you'd expect when dealing with customers. Unfortunately, this was a regrettable investment of time and money. I wouldn't be inclined to return.

Not happy with Aqua Hand wash today. Paid $150 instead of $99, expecting the car to be clean on time. The owner told me it would be ready by 1pm. Rang at 1pm she said not ready, please come at 2pm. Come at 2pm still not finished, make me late to pick up the kids.

Bought my car today for detail cleaning and happy with the result.
Always recommended.

Was greeted as soon as I drove in, dropped my car off straight away and my car was ready quickly.
My car was spotless inside and out and I got exactly what I paid for and feel like it was worth it.

Back to this great place after 2 years. Cannot imagine that these guys are still working so well with fantastic customer service. We washed our car throughout inside and outside and then received a brand new car from 'dealer' finally. Fair price for unbelievable service. Thanks Aqua team and we will definitely back again and again.

Extraordinarily expensive for what was presented to me in the end.

It took 2 hours and it was clear that the bare minimum was done.

I understand there may have been a miscommunication but I had explained I needed extra tasks done. For example, the removal of dog hair which was brilliantly done, I will say that, but I'm sure that task was the only thing they worked on in that time.

Smudges and finger marks were all over the windows and side of the car after it had been washed & dried.

I asked for the console & gear stick to be thoroughly cleaned and when the car was returned to me it still has my coffee drops on it from this morning! Clearly not done.

They have a sign inside that reads "instead of complaining show gratitude".

Firstly, the presence of that sign suggest to me that there have been regular complaints other than my own.

Secondly, if I'm paying a large amount of money for a service that is not completed to the standard I suggest is reasonable. I do actually think I have a right not to be entirely grateful.

I wish them all the best. As a business owner myself I understand it is difficult to please the masses.

In saying that, I was disappointed in today's service.

I don't discount them entirely.

However, I do hope to see a difference in the future.

Had my car cleaned yesterday, very pleased with the way my car was cleaned both inside & out.
Unfortunately a bottle of auto oil left in the boot, was left out of the car.
I tried to ring the company but they would not answer the phone or answer my me via email for them to explain it was there for me to pick up, very frustrating, I apologise for accusing them of stealing it.
I am grateful for him informing me it is there but a personal phone call or email would have been more appreciated.
I will pick it up next Monday when I am in Adelaide.

My girlfriend is a regular customer of this place and she recommended me to give it a try, and I should definitely say that they did a fantastic job. My car was so dirty and they cleaned it both from inside as well as outside. Seat shampooing was also really good. My car feels like the brand new again, thanks to the owner.he's a nice guy! Cheers!

I ordered my partner vouchers online for Christmas to have his Ute washed and vacuumed (and a few extras), worth $180. When we arrived we were told we can only use one voucher per day and we had driven 3 hours from the country. Luckily they accommodated us on the day. They said they would do the premium deluxe wash with the extras we wanted but it was still a bit unclear what exactly they included in the price we paid since it was not a typical ‘service’ - we were very hurriedly told what they would do and we asked to remove certain stains and wipe out glove box etc. Stains were not fully removed and console and glove box were not wiped clean even when we asked again after checking over.it was all done very quickly but not sure if we would return.

Have always found it hard finding a good place to take my car, but recently I have been going to Aqua hand car wash. Their attention to detail is amazing, also quick and efficient when it comes to it. They also have a pretty good cafe with snacks for while you wait.

Really good, prompt, easy, polite, great finish. Really highly recommended. Yes it can be a bit hard to turn in onto the forecourt but so worth the effort!

If compared to other car washes, there is nothing special about this car wash. However it serve the purpose.

I was welcomed and assisted straight away. What service and package I could get was made very clear. They delivered before agreed time. My car looked and smelt great

Highly recommended to using aqua car wash then others, I am using them for detailed clean of my car more than year. Really impressed with their quality and quick service. Very professional and friendly team members. Great work aqua team.will definitely be back with both our vehicles in the soon. Surely recommend to other too.

Nice car wash with a nice waiting area. I usually bring my laptop and work from their while they wash my car and have coffee. Friendly staff and good value. Highly recommended.

I have been frequenting this establishment for as long as I can remember. It has always been a great pleasure getting my car cleaned and detailed with utmost precision by staff who always greets with a big smile. The cafe here is really good as well. Always a happy experience getting my car cleaned here.
