Keep Away from this place with your car, the windscreen was chipped of my Sons car, plus they smudged the decorative outer circle paint on two tyres. It was 120 to clean and $320 to repair. The manager is arrogant and speaks like a gangster. They refunded the wash price, so owe customer still $200.00.

Ok. Charging an extra $10 for a dirty car? Seriously you're a car wash. Head to pauls hand wash 200m further up. Alot better.

First time at this car wash.
My 4x4 was pretty dirty inside and out and they did a fantastic job.
Came out looking like the day I bought the car.
Most definitely will be coming back here again.

There was an issue with my clean but the owner called to fix the problem. Most business owners would just let it fall by the wayside but the fact that I got a call to clear it up is worthy of 5 stars.

A quality hand carwash in town with spectacular customer service and care. Does also have an amazing cafe to relax while your car is taken care of.

Absolutely the worst

Since the owner has replied then let me make the issue clear.

I called and explained that I wanted to do the membership and the same guy who answered here told me “since you do Uber we can’t because you will come everyday”

I told him no I don’t think I would want to damage the paint by coming everyday. So he says yeah then come In.

After I come he tells me no we don’t provide services to you, so my immediate answer was why the hell did you tell me to come in if you don’t want to offer me a service?

But that wasn’t said to the owner because the owner who is saying I’m rude couldn’t come out and talk. He was only able to talk on the phone.

I think it shows exactly how bad the service. And I’m glad I haven’t done business with such people

Someone who cleaned the interior of my vehicle broke several pieces from one of the air conditioning vents but didn't tell me. We could have resolved it easily but I found the damage once i was home. It isnt the accidental damage that was the problem, it is that they weren't honest about it.

Unbelievable outcome. Paid $99 which covers seat shampoo/cleaning. Instead, what I got was damp seats with coffee like juice coming out from my car. Didn’t realise it until I had someone in my car and noticed his pants getting wet. Literally feels like a seat soaked with iced coffee.

Absolute no mention on how wet the seats are and also they didn’t even offer to dry it. If they did tell me, I would have asked them to take their time and dry (felt like they were in rush). I am not sure if this is standard but would have appreciated it, if someone had told me in advance about how wet the seats are going to be, so I could have chosen not to have it done. Now I am concerned my seats will have mould everywhere as it’s perfect weather for that to grow. Fabulous.

I visited here on sunday arvo with my friend and I had Aqua super wash done for $44.95 for my new BMW (6 months old) and my friend had aqua basic detail with seat shampoo for $99.95.

Exterior was generally okay except for some very small black dots not 100% cleaned, but I was able to get them off with tissue so no worries. The lady at the reception was nice.

However, When I was on the way home I noticed a/c display panel had so many swirl marks and cloudy appearance which didn’t exist before. My car is brand new (only 6 months old) and I never clean this display with towel/detergent as I never touch it but just dust the surface - it’s an a/c control display & not touchscreen. I tried to clean it with upholstery wipes several times as I didn’t want to drive all the way back but I couldn’t make it go away.
So I had to drive back before they close in 20 mins and was told they only used water to clean as it’s a new car, which is fine, but the towel they used must be dirty or abrasive? This time they used some polishing product to clean and were able to remove the mark at the end.

Additionally, my friend had seat shampoo done and they didn’t dry the seat AT ALL. Exterior clean is fine but the seats are wet and they just placed some plastic wrap on driver’s seat only when they returned the car. We didn’t expect the seats to be crispy dry but certainly didn’t expect all the seats to be SOAKED WET especially during this cold winter weather! Very inconsiderate of them to leave the seats so wet. How are we supposed to dry the car under this cold, wet weather? Thanks to you guys we are now spending rest of the weekend wasting paper towels and time trying to remove dirty brown shampoo&water residue in the cold garage.

We could have just cleaned the seats ourselves not wasting 100 bucks for the job half done.

I’m glad I didn’t sign up for the membership today.

Make fake promises and never deliver. Will never trust them and never come back to get my car cleaned. To your response - I had already spoken to your manager and dont want to waste any more time. I have already wasted enough time driving back to your carwash to fix the issue but never got fixed after numerous excuses despite making full payment
