Angle Vale Tavern

We decided to have our dinner at the angle vale tavern. Best decision we ever made!
The warm friendly smiles upon arrival from the staff was nice, when i said i needed a comfy chair because of a bad back we were given a booth. Nice and comfy.
The garlic bread was probaly the best I've ever had. My garlic prawns were, tender, the sauce was not sickly and too creamy, which was a pleasant surprise. My husband had the seafood platter and he loved it, with squid that was so tender, and the fish was beautiful.

Enjoyed the meal, meals came quickly after ordering even though the tavern was reasonably busy with meals. Friendly staff.

Went in on a Friday night- had the radio on loudly- pain threshold- don’t want to sit and listen to radio station ads - want to talk to the people I went with!

Came here twice in a week it was so good! We got the vale signature platter. Very good! Both times had live music. Gets quite busy so be prepared for that. Will be back again!

Great staff great service great range of meals which were well presented and good eating very well priced no worry's about recommending

From a phone call a week prior with Natalie for my sons 21st, the effort, service and food was perfect given Covid restrictions. Thankyou all for making it special.

I had the American burger and fries. Wife had the seafood gnocchi. I smashed mine down and it was fantastic. Wife said she would have liked a bit more seafood and left half of it. What’s a man going to do? I smashed the rest of it and it was beautiful! Her loss not mine. Will be back.

The Vale Signature platter was huge and well worth the money.

All our party enjoyed their meals, although it seemed quicker to order on the app than in person.

Smaller than I thought, very busy, good menu to select from, I had the roast of the day, very nice. Meals all good prices and were fast at serving them

Friendly, happy staff, food is so fresh n tasty. Best chicken Caesar salad I have ever eaten. Good size servings.
Definitely recommend.

Very disappointed the meal was bad the steak was over cooked couldn't chew it the salad was retted and mouldy on the bottom. There was fresh bird poo on the table and the staff was un pleasant didn't smile was rude.the only good part was the garlic bread and the Manager was very nice. Would I go back there No I will not.

Nice settings food was tasty as. Duck spring rolls were spot on, roast lamb was tender and perfect flavour, the only let down were the staff, just lack that friendly customer service with a smile.

We decided to take a 15min.drive across to Angle Vale & had lunch at their Tavern. The tables &chairs were spaced out for covid restrictions but there was lots of room to move around for both staff & customers. They have meal choices, either on special or from the main menu. As always the meal was enjoyed, service good &what we liked you can see the chef prepare the meals &how meticulous they are.

Was very dissatisfied with my meal, I had the senior meal squit rings with chips salad. The squit ring were very oily my chips and plate were soaked in oil. Not very nice.

This facility is clean and modern. I have not had a meal there so I cannot comment. However, the facilities are very comfortable.

Good sevice for the most some staff will make you wait and serve regulars before you even though you were first and they knew it. The beer is always cold and the majority of the staff are nice. Haven't eaten there in a long time but the food was okay

Four of us ordered schnitzels and all were raw in the middle. The gravy tasted bad. Their behaviour was not the best once I told them about the quality of the food.

The venue itself was nice and clean with friendly staff. I had the Haloumi Burger which I won't be buying again. It was like the microwave version of something that could have been nice if someone (the Chef) cared about the burger. My wife's wife's Grilled Chicken Burger on the other hand was really nice. The kids Spaghetti Bolognese was generously sized for $10. I'll go back there again but not for the Haloumi Burger.
