41 Want sthil, go to sthill prospect! Much much friendlier!
Had 30mins to spare, walked in to ask what the maximum thickness cord i could put in my sthil fs38 whipper snipper. Was told 2mm is reccomended, i wanted to know the maximum. Was met with a rude worker that had to keep "repeating himself" telling me its 2mm, thats the recccomended. I was asking the maximum.again and again. Over and over this went. I walked out as he told me to ring sthil.he just didnt know the answer
I currently run 2.4mm in the machine fine. Rang sthil and yes they said 2mm is the reccomended, but you can run 2.4m maximum fine! Sthil propect were perfectly helpfull on the phone. Thats all i wanted to know, not treated like an iditot for a worker repeating himself when he cannot listen to the word "maximum". The rudness made me walk out. Such a great range in the shop too but far out!
