Excellent customer service from the minute i walked in the door until the moment i left.
Staff is friendly and helpful and spent as much time as i needed to talk me through every tool and option that was needed for my home renovations.

Always great customer service from these guys. Jarrod even took my whole chainsaw apart and cleaned it made sure it was running tip top as there wasn't many customers at the time. Tha is again mate!
I have been a customer since they were at Whitmore Square, however since retiring they were no longer my closest store. Following a poor experience at another store I visited their new store at Mile End and was amazed at the range of products. The great service was the same as the old store with the staff keen to help and provide great advice.
Laz is a legend. Bought a battery drill and impact driver duo kit. Redeemed a 5 " angle grinder. Needed a case for it. Laz found me one. Will definitely be recommending them to friends.
Professional advice and sales, dropped in at Adelaide tools Mile end today purchased Milwaukee 6 port charger and batteries served by salesperson named Jarrad he is a asset to this company as well as his colleague which didn't ask for his name but would know who he is, absolute professionals at their job. Great service from the team at Adelaide tools Mile End. Personal shout out to Andy for hooking me up with a milwaukee set.
Customer service behind front main counter, I found they were very rude, not really interested in customer service, seemed too hard for them to retrieve my customer order, too hard for the other guy to get me a price for a Makita battery as he was too busy standing back from a staff member doing nothing.
Did not feel welcome, won't be returning back here.

The level of help at this branch of Adelaide Tools has been extremely high quality. Every time I visit I get help I require. As someone renovating their home getting the right tool saves me a lot of moolah.
Knowledgeable staff who can help you with any needs. Great sale last weekend as well makes everything twice as great.
Large range, but go else where until they have sales on. Ex tradies, so expect to be spoken to as a trades person.
The staff at Adelaide Tools are so helpful and friendly. When I need support (since I don't know what I'm doing) they always point me in the right direction.
It is worst place for service after sales and if you remind them things which you have given them repairs under warranty, they talk rudely

Not happy, they need to learn to honor the price they quote you when you go to pick the item up from the store!
The incompetent staff then treat you like your a liar and deny the price they quoted you. Anyway, stopped at the opposition on the way home and got a better deal and they threw in a carry case for 1/2 price when I told them what happened.now that's service!
