Adelaide Central Market reviews
72This was a great experience, fresh juicy oysters, mussels, fresh produce and a great selection of cheese and olives.we enjoyed it and recommend if you visit Adelaide you need to go. It would be great if there was cheese board and wine eatery. We tried to order cheese but the only sold it in bigger blocks.
Great variety of shops. Massive choice of produce and products. Even though it can get very busy it's a pleasant experience. Plus has a great food hall with eat there or take out options.
Fascinating and a hive of activity! Great variety of stalls.something for everyone! Great atmosphere too!
Variety of cheese, meats, fruits, coffee to buy or eat there. Fruit are generally more expensive than Woolworths or Coles.
Love central market. Everyone is super friendly and there is loads of great bargains and super fresh fruit and veg.
I love coming to this market. There's so much variety, and good prices. There are places to get lunch or a coffee. Parking is convenient, and the price isn't unreasonable considering it's the city. It's a bit crazy when it's busy though. There are cheese shops, butchers, fruit and veg, and a variety of other speciality stores, all in the heart of the city.
World class fine food market. A must visit when in Adelaide.
Great cheese, bread and fresh fruit and bread. Something for everyone!
A wonderful place to get cheap and fresh vegetables. I always go there everytime to get local food and variety of shops to choose from.
Oh my gosh I love this place. Been coming here for years and always make time to come back when I'm in town. Sadly some favourite vendors have moved on, but it has and always will be a fantastic place for cheese, bread, meats and fresh produce. The atmosphere is unlike anything else I've experienced around Australia and well worth the time to check out.
There is an abundance of fresh, quality produce for very cheap prices.
Also home to a wide range of restaurants and a diverse cultural scene.
They've got everything I ever wanted! Fresh fruits, all kinds of cheese, pastries, coffee from all over the world and food from every nation.
My favourite place to shop even though it is a lot more up market these days. Not cheap anymore but still great fresh food and lots of variety.
Love it! Why you would eat junk just outside when there are so many options inside? Freshest fruit and veg and a myriad gourmet offerings
Oh my god, I love this place.
This is how a market should sound, should smell and should taste.
Lots to pick from, some really nice little shops selling amazing food.
If you are visiting Adelaide then you have to give this place a visit.
It's a Mecca for vegetarians! All kinds of fruits and vegetables that too super fresh and super reasonable.there are also good cafes and small joints to have good food. Saturday's are usually busy and lively compared to other days. There's Coles nearby which can be handy too.
Coffee beans shop there is the best freshest u will get bit pricy but good and their notes on each bean or blend is pretty close to the mark
Busy and vibrant market with everything you need all under one roof. Butchers, fish mongers, green grocers, small goods, cheese mongers, plus different styles of eateries to name a few of the stalls here. Definitely worth a visit.
Came for the food left with the food. Bought my first venison from here with other local groceries to cook up a storm/feast/whatever but damn it was good to g here.
