Adelaide Central Market reviews
72Friendly staff! They all work like a well oiled machine. The food is amazing. Will try another dish next time. I want to try them all!
I LOVE this place.so much to see, taste and DO.although it is much reduced after the effects of Covid
Iconic place to visit in Adelaide, so much great produce and fantastic places to eat and drink!
Lots of choices but not as good as it used to be.
Cheese and sweet shop closed the day I went.
Always find something interesting here; often has free entertainment; always good prices, and lots of nice people.
It's definitely overrated but you should go if your in Adelaide as it's got some lovely stalls and so much fresh produce!
Pork buns there was insanely amazing!
Remembering my times as a child going with my family outings still the s a me atmosphere as 50yrs ago.
There is so much to see and do here.
It's amazing.
You can have cake and coffee, or a main meal for lunch.
You can buy fresh meat, seafood and fresh fruit and vegetables. So can take it home to cook yourself.
There's nut stalls, coffee stalls, lolly stall, just to name a few.
Come along here, you won't be disappointed.
Toilets available.
Car park facilities so you can buy heaps and take it to your car.
The people on the stalls are friendly and know their stuff.
Can't go wrong here. Can get most stuff in this shopping precinct. Ample choice of fresh produce and sellers. Good variety of stuff. Nice eateries. Have been here loads of times.
My favourite place in the world to be love the atmosphere, different cultures, the different foods and fantastic coffee.
This is still my Happy place, can't get there as often anymore, which makes getting there even better, going to my favourite stalls, like Kangaroo Island to pick up my KIS Gin supplies, KI Garlic, never miss Smelly Cheese, best coffee at Lucia's, beautiful artesian bread and McMahon's vegetables and fruit, Vargas Chicken. So many more.
Always go here. But it is all changing because of the building works. They charge for carpark now for first 2 hours. It is overpriced. I wouldn't bother it is a dog's breakfast.
Always amazing that so many cultures come together in the central markets. Great place for fresh produce and continental and Asian cuisine foods. But also and just as important a great place to find local product too
All roundbgreat place for soups, Asian and other international meals at reasonable prices, sone cheap quality clothes, fish and Fresh vegetables and oysters in the shell
Adelaide's famous central Market, where the foods always freshest, yummiest and the vibes always buzzing with blissful chitter chatter. Always something new to discover at any age you'll find something to catch your eye. Support SA products and businesses and check the markets for produce.
Great place for all forms of fresh food, spices, meats, fish, sweets and everything in between. Come for one thing, stay for many as you taste your way around the place, with something for everyone!
A place to be in the city for fresh fruits vegetables and meats and all sorts. It is a mixed of everything. I love going to this market. Good coffee as well as breads and pastries. Busy place and so alive. Friendly stall people.
It was a bit noisy and crowded, but the account of stuff from around the world is hard to find at this quantity and quality in Adelaide
Going slowly. It will soon be a tourist attraction not the place I shopped for supplies at the end of the week since 1965. Greedy tourist dollars for the rent seekers!
Love these markets. Fresh produce, cheeses and meats. Fantastic breakfasts can be had at Zuma Cafe. Never got a bad coffee ANYWHERE in the markets. (Melbourne, beware! Adelaide is catching up!)
