4+ stars for the amazing doctors. But minus all stars for the reception. They take hell of time to answer calls. How are we supposed to cancel an appointment by 6 hours if we need to when they don't even answer the phones.

Two phone calls in succession to this practice on a Sunday afternoon. First call I hung up after 15 minutes on hold, second call also 15 minutes on hold, I had to repeat everything twice to the receptionist.
Even then after getting the "fully booked" line she refused to pass any requests to the doctor.
Guess she must've been sick the day they taught service delivery.
3months later and they roster one receptionist after a long weekend! Long queue of patients told to sit outside.
May as well be waiting in Mumbai.

Friendly, efficient, well on time, new and clean practice, Very Professional and experience Doctors and Staff.
Overall excellent.

I arrived on time but I needed to wait 50 minutes to see the doctor and the doctor didn't spend more than 10 minutes with me, I supposed that they didn't have time because they were late with all appointments but it's not my problem. Doctor didn't tell me a good information about how to take the pills and medicines.

We made an appointment for 2.36 pm on a Monday for our 4 year old. We live 5 minutes away. We had waited quite some time on a previous appointment so I called at 2.26 to ask how Doctor was running as we did not want to wait around as before. "What time would be mutually convenient to arrive? " I asked. "Come on time was the response". Only 30 minutes waiting.

All signs out the front say bulk billing and then charged $80 on a Sunday for less than 4mins.

Daughter waited all day to see doctor instead of clogging Emergency after a running fall at mt Lofty.

Doctor terrible and told daughter that she couldn’t get her wounds dressed as there was no nurse of duty and go to the hospital!

What the hell did I pay $80 for when the false advertising says they bulk bill!

No treatment
No help
Waste of money
No respect for Emergency departments
No compassion for patients it’s all about numbers and cash!
Never ever returning, telling everyone to avoid this place!

We have a great doctor and don’t want to leave but having to be charged a gap now when we weren’t before and the receptionist not explaining it correctly, really having no idea what she was talking about and confusing everyone, as well as rude don’t think I will be coming back.
This place opened up with big banners out the front saying we BULK BILL looks like getting money hungry now.

Close by, can easily get an appointment & the Dr.s are great! Friendly receptionist's that know a lot of the medical terms.

Absolutely Disappointed.
My 3 and 4 year old little boys have an ear infection and a throat infection and were refused Drs care because they are becoming strict on cold Flu symptoms (running 39°. Temps) this clinic was unhelpful and basically told me to complain to our local MP disgusting.
They only want the Medicare not sick people

Extremely poor costumer service. I didn’t realise that I no longer have prescription for my antidepressants until today and I have already missed my dose yesterday. Called to book a phone consultation and just been turned away completely. Receptionist failed to understand the urgency of this situation and this is a prime example why care for people with mental health issues are increasingly being neglected. Patients wouldn’t want this kind of service! You cannot just turn away patients who are in medication who keep them from self harm and instability. Priyanka I hope learnt from this. You’ve disappointed me greatly.
