365 Days Medical Centre Kidman Park

I was booked for an appointment at 16: 36, got a text message stating the time as well. After waiting half an hour, when I checked with receptionist, she told me I was booked for 1715 hrs. I had to rush from work for the appointment and had to keep waiting in the clinic. Very disaapointed and unprofessional from the clinic.

My wife contracted Covid, on a Sunday morning our local GP was closed. Contacted365 Medical Centre, the service was excellent, they sent the prescription to my phone which I took to the pharmacy, all done in no time: Would highly recommend365 Medical, excellent service.

Could have helped a little more. I like the fact that the staff help there patients which I like. Thank you have a nice Christmas and New Year

The doctor I saw didnt appear particularly interested in the appointment and I dont feel my issue was resolved or even listened to.

I am writing a review on behalf of my father Maurice. I have been attending this medical clinic and seeing Dr Praveen Konadi for approximately five years. I am incredibly grateful to Dr Konadi for all his care over those years. He is very welcoming, patient, and knowledgable and has helped, treated and solved whatever aliment I may have had. Thorough his thorough assessments and persistence in making me take the yearly age appropriate routine tests, he was able to detect my cancer in the early stages, despite me insisting that there was nothing wrong with me. His immediate response, actions and follow up to get me the further tests and treatments I required was exceptional and saved me. Myself & my family can not thank him enough for his exceptional care.

Had appointment for my 2 weeks baby check up. They booked us in and on that day half an hour before we go to the gp, they called me saying can’t do it today as no nurses and next available is far from the day. My baby is gonna be 1 month old. Why they booked us in then if they knew no nurses on that day.

Not a good experience, Doctor come across as rude and shout to me without any reason and not the first time, Always a wait even if I go quiet time.

Not happy with the covid actions given the changes by govt.

As a paying patient I will go elsewhere in the future.

We were quickly able to get an appointment. The reception staff were efficient, friendly and helpful. The Doctor who saw my husband was very thorough and reassuring.

As Busy as they were they managed to get me in to have my Flu injection at same day, well done and Thank you

I am not a regular patient at this clinic. Attended for an urgent appointment on a Saturday. From booking, reception staff to seeing a Dr was a very quick and pleasant experience. Dr Mohammed was very thorough and caring. The clinic is modern welcoming.

Was a little shocked when I had to pay the gap of $80 then got charged $10 for 4 bandaids.

Went to see GP yesterday for a major eye infection. Booked an appointment at Bensons radiology to get a CT scan as per optometrist suggestion. Call 365 days clinic to get a referral for appointment and they said no! Very disappointed.

Dr. Praveen Konadi is undoubtedly one of the best doctors I have ever had. He is very thorough and proactive in the medical care he provides me. I cannot thank him enough for what he’s done for me.

Dr. Kinadi refused to offer genetic disorder testing to my pregnant partner. Even though we wanted it and were willing to pay, he argued the point using the reasoning “We are not private patients”.

Gross negligence and a complete dishonour to the medical system.

I was very pleased with the service at 365 clinic. With only 1 receptionist and 1doctor on duty it was very busy and there was a quite a wait for my turn. I was told how many patients were in line before me which helped me to know what to expect, and while it was my first visit with Dr Gomes, she was kind and helpful.

Very disappointed made an appointment while other people walking in getting to see a doctor after 45 mins question why we are still waiting to be told sorry must be a computer glitz you will be next in line NOT GOOD enough

Unfriendly staff and environment for kids to receive vaccination.the clinic need professional nurse for kids vaccination.

Dr Gomes was rude, condescending and sees her patients as money machines. Do yourself a favour by going somewhere else. You'll thank me later.

The receptionist given wrong information that they open on Sunday and its been almost 1 month that i havenot got my blood test result so diappointed and careless medical centre️
