51Easy access to modern practice. My own experience was from a very profession doctor who was very efficient and clear to understand. Staff at reception very friendly. Complete services available in one place. Plenty of street parking. Very convenient.
A welcoming reception team and Dr Zia is so kind and lovely with our children. We feel welcome and well cared for here.
It was a complete waste of time.
First Dr Sameer Mahajan was half an hour late to call, then he interrupted me when I began explaining what we needed to ask if my daughter had physically been there before, (no she hasn't), to which he said they can't do telehealth appointments without us physically being seen beforehand, and didn't the receptionist tell me that already - even though their recorded message kept saying over and over again that they do them for new AND existing clients, if we decided to proceed with the consult there would be no bulk billing or rebate and we'd have to pay $69.
I asked if we needed a referral for a chest Xray, he refused to respond and just asked if I was prepared to pay the $69, I said no (she'd begun to feel better by this time) - was about to complain and try to make another time when he
HUNG.
UP.
ON.
ME!
I'm in shock at the refusal to provide any assistance whatsoever without receiving payment.
To call it a healthcare system is an oxymoron. There is no longer any care.
I'm now making a formal complaint.
Fabulous service by reception. Not so good by the doctor who "didn't know me" and wouldn't help me. What are we supposed to do when we've recently moved house or a regular medical practice can't give even a telehealth appointment because of being short-staffed because of Covid? I was told this was the legal situation. Ok, the legal situation needs a shake-up. I and my family have heard "I don't know you" too often now.
Friendly reception staff. Easy to book online and not too long to wait until appointment with GP. GP's have all been helpful and engaged.
The reason for the four stars is because the young gentleman in reception was so lovely, polite and very obliging. He made me feel very welcome and nothing was too much trouble, he is a credit to your practice.
First time visiting this medical centre, and I will book again. Friendly receptionist & Doctor, and I was able to get an appointment for the following morning.
Dr. Zia, is the first male doctor that I have had who has taken female health issues seriously.
I can not begin to explain how important it is to a woman to feel heard when it comes to her reproductive health.

Worst place to go for check up.
Waiting period is so long, even if you book an appointment online, you will have to wait more than an hour some times more.
If you have options, go somewhere else.
I am really happy with the receptionists and doctors/flu shot nurse at this clinic. We had been 3 times over the last week for my young son. (One included a flu shot] I got the days mixed up with one of his appointments my fault completely.and came a day earlier and the doctor saw us on the spot. Even though there were other people waiting. Wait times were very minimal for us all three times. Everyone was really nice to us. Thank you.

I really liked this place at start but start charging all of the sudden! So big bloody bulk bill banners were only for attention! Now we even have to pay for sick leave certificates good on you guys!
Poorly run & money making exercise.
1. Got a test, was told I would be able to receive them via text or phone call. 2 weeks later I was told I have to come in for another appointment.
2. When I arrived, there was signage stating the centre was shutdown due to COVID exposure. Only reason I didn't turn away was because I could see people in the office.
3. Doctor advised nurse to do a test. Nurse proceeded to do a different test, only realising when I queried the reason for the particular test.
4. I booked a secondary appointment for a Saturday, and asked to be put on a cancellation list. When I cancelled secondary appointment for the Saturday, I was rudely told that my appointment was for a Thursday (which I wasn't advised of).
Awful service. DO NOT COME HERE. After waiting 50minutes in their waiting room for an appointment, I was charged almost $70 for a 2 minute conversation saying my tests were fine. Seriously? Could you not have told me over the phone instead of wasting my time and money for nothing. Not only that, there was no heads up of the doctor running late. Fix this problem and you might have some customers. DO NOT BOOK AN APPOINTMENT HERE!
The doctor forgot to give me a letter containing information and told me to come get it. And when I did (eventhough the letter should be for 2,5 months ago) I was billed to pay a consultation fee that I didn't need. I feel robbed. Tried to talk to customer service but they weren't the nice and informative person, unfortunately.
Have to wait more than half an hour to see the doctor. Some doctors do not have much experience.
I won’t be going back they are into making money and there is no heart in the business. Very arrogant people.
Advertised as a bulk billing practice got charged $80 for a 2 minute phone call. Wasn’t explained that I needed to claim my refund from Medicare. Are we living in the dark ages? ! Never had to make a claim myself!
Thorough Medical treatment with health needs covered. Service friendly from Doctors and Nurses and Reception staff and the Pathology staff.
Highly Recommended Medical Centre.
Definitely coming back! Brought my son here for a check up! Staff were lovely and welcoming. They are careful regarding following covid rules and the clinic is always clean.
