I have only purchased online and have never had a problem with the process, delivery is quick and items are as ordered. The items i have purchased have included a hip styled high powered running Light, two running soft flasks for my pack and several items of clothing. The range is fantastic and usually have pieces that no other has. The pricing is competitive and website is easy to navigate. I always try to buy local and its one of the sited that I check first.

My sons watch broke within 3 weeks of receiving it and I asked for a refund. They took 4 months to return it and would only give the repaired watch back. We’d since bought a new one. They sent 10 emails arguing rather that providing any customer service. Would never use again.
