Brilliant service. I went in to buy some hiking poles for the first time. The staff was friendly and really knowledgeable. The gentleman serving me answered all my questions, helped me compare the options and try the poles out in terms of height settings, weights, ease of mechanisms and handle types to find what would best suit my needs. I also didn't feel rushed at all in making my decision. I've since taken them out walking a few times and am really happy with them. I would definitely go back if I need any other outdoor equipment.

I ordered a bag I wanted for travel but the courier let me down and parcel didn't arrive within the 3 weeks I needed prior to my travels. Wildfire was extremely understanding in this situation and helped me along with the process of returning the package whilst I was away from the delivery destination, and issued me a full refund. Better store since it has opened up the top floor and changed its entire floor layout. Never been a cheap store but has a good selection of more specialised products.

Very disappointed in Keen Terradora boots as they have fallen apart after only 8 months. Leather peeling off, not waterproof. I have only been walking dogs in local park.

I just wanted to let you know that 2 weeks ago I had never heard of you. My Talon 44 (2nd one) was finally demonstrating it had covered its fair share of work (greater than 8000kms) and was coming apart from the harness and needed replacing.

Our stockist in Perth is Paddy’s who only get in Navy or Black – I like anything but dark because I want to see, not look for my gear! They said I would struggle to get anything shipped because orders take forever.

So I expected to go online and try and order from Europe or USA. I tripped upon you and lo and behold you had one in red AND it was ½ price. My lucky day!

On top of this you despatched this purchase really quickly and I got to take it for it’s first run this weekend.

Purchased new Inov-8 shoes online and made use of their Try 2 Anything returns service to purchase three different sizes. The sizing advice provided over the phone was great and their returns process the easiest I've used online in a while.

Fantastic variety of running and sports shoes. One of the few stores I've found with wrestling shoes as well. Bruce was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful in his advice on the perfect running shoe for me.
