I fell in love with the Dakota wedding gown the first time I saw it! So glad that I've found my dress. Vanessa and her team has made the whole gown fitting experience wonderful and she has provided excellent customer service. When I realised last minute that my gown required further bustling to enable dancing safely, they ensure that it was fixed and done properly. I had been to 9 bridal shops in Brisbane before making when Freddie met lily my 10th. I knew straight away I was not only in the right place but the right hands!

The stock variety is amazing and the customer service I received from Vanessa & Stephanie was fantastic from start to finish.

Before walking into when Freddie met lily, I was thinking of going down the path of having my wedding dress made - that didn’t sit well with me knowing that I couldn’t ‘try before I buy’. What I liked most, was that I could make changes or add elements to an already designed dress.

The seamstress internally used to hem my wedding dress did an impeccable job also.

Do yourself a favour and make when Freddie met lily your first stop bridal shop!

Nothing but problems with the formal dress. Over priced, poor quality, poor customer service, poor workmanship.

A great experience, staff were lovely, gowns were beautiful, I chose a gown and was measured first visit. I had no need to go to other bridal shops after visiting when Freddie met Lilly. Highly recommended.

Such a gorgeous little boutique with a stunning selection of Bridal gowns and Bridesmaid dresses. Stephanie was lovely and very helpful with all 5 bridesmaids, nothing was too difficult. There was also no pressure to make any decisions on the day. I wish I had known about this place before I got married.
