While i effected the fastest possible sale - thinking that the YSP2700 would be user friendly i asked no advice and got none, later asked for advice and was advised of a $150 call out fee - $ 150 for a heap of rubbish? The Yamaha YSP 2700 is exactly that - trash great bin material

Very poor service, staff were rude and condescending. In the end I gave up and drive over to the audio tailor in Murrarie. I got a better price and was treated like a customer should be.

Went with a genuine purchase in mind. Wandered around aimlessly for 10 minutes while being completely ignored. Someone said hi to me as i was walking out. Guess I'll take my 15k elsewhere.

The initial experience with Store Assistance Manager James was great: easy to deal with and polite. He helped to "close the teal" and dispatched my sub promptly. After receiving the sub and connecting it to my soundbar, I found the sub is not functioning properly and contacted manufacturer for advise and received an email confirming my suspicion that it might be faulty. This product comes with 60 days replacement warranty but when contacted the store for assistance, got to speak with David ("the installer") who was very rude and condescending. When I raised the issue with James, he was sympathetic but said he can't make decision for replacement and paying for shipping (as per the consumer rights) and he has to speak with the owner. That's when all went from good to bad: James' tone has changed after speaking with the owner.
When requested replacement (Yamaha comes with 60 days replacement warranty) James now become very condescending and rude and refused to fulfil their warranty obligations. I went back to Yamaha which sent me back to retailer to "demand" replacement but the answer from James was that I should not use the sub as per Yamaha User Manual (!? !) and do not connect control cable. He said that if I send the sub back to them, it will take them some time to test it which sounded more like "we'll put on a back burner so you're for a long haul to get it sorted". It doesn't give me any confidence that I can safely return the unit back to them as they might hold it a ransom and I'll have to chase them to get it back, have no trust in their intentions. The only reason I purchased this sub is to be controlled by the main unit. The store didn't provide a Tax Invoice for my purchase so I had to chase them to get it.

I found the after hours assistance generally useful in deciding what equipment I was considering, but there is nothing like seeing, touching and hearing what it is you are looking for. Bradd was very good during the point of sale decisions and James was excellent in the after sales department when I had a request for assistance in setting the gear up.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
After checking out their website (very good site, detailed and informative), I rang Todd's Hi-Fi a couple of times to make inquiries about certain Hi Fi equipment. Every time the phone was answered promptly and the staff I spoke to (Julio & Jamal) were very professional and patient with answering my questions and provided great advise and suggestions! Once I decided what to purchase and placed my order online, one of Todd's team even rang me to suggest a more suitable (free of charge) shipment option! Great customer service - not very common these days! All items ordered arrived promptly and we are very happy with everything! Todd and his team are to be congratulated and we will definitely contact them again for future purchases. I highly recommend them to anyone - many thanks, guys!

Had an awesome experience shopping for my hifi equipment at Todds hifi. I unfortunately chose a pre amp that didn't suit my system, (i should have asked for help when choosing but didnt). I explained the situation to the guys and i was able to exchange it for something suitable, the guys were very helpful and knowledgeable and happy to help.i would %100 recommend Todds hifi.

I have had two visits to the Showroom recently and various phone discussions about recent purchases. Each assistant I dealt with was friendly, informative and incredibly helpful to my needs. Customer service is clearly an essential part of the store’s policy. I couldn’t be happier, and my new stereo is fantastic. Well done to Todds Hi Fi.

Couldn't be happier with Todds Hi-Fi, their service is exceptional. I have used them for all our AV needs over the last 20 years. Best of all they photograph and file my equipment so upgrading is simple. Brad, Dave and team are so professional I would not bother going anywhere else.
