I had the best service from Todds hifi. The installer was very helpful. Brad gave me great service. Great experience. They are very knowledgeable.

Todd’s Hi-Fi were absolutely fantastic, they had, I believe, the last product that I was looking for in all of Australia. The supplier suggested I check with them. They did, boxed it up on the day, and got it to me as quickly as the post would allow. Super grateful, super informative and super nice. Why wouldn’t you use Todd’s Hi-Fi?

I found the after hours assistance generally useful in deciding what equipment I was considering, but there is nothing like seeing, touching and hearing what it is you are looking for. Bradd was very good during the point of sale decisions and James was excellent in the after sales department when I had a request for assistance in setting the gear up.

Excellent company. Great service. I have bought a few hifi products over the fast few years from Todds Hi-Fi and each time the service has been exceptional. The staff have been fantastic on each occasion. Responses via email or phone are very quick, advice is well informed, delivery times very quick. I have also been impressed by the quality of the products I have purchased.

Very poor service, staff were rude and condescending. In the end I gave up and drive over to the audio tailor in Murrarie. I got a better price and was treated like a customer should be.

The initial experience with Store Assistance Manager James was great: easy to deal with and polite. He helped to "close the teal" and dispatched my sub promptly. After receiving the sub and connecting it to my soundbar, I found the sub is not functioning properly and contacted manufacturer for advise and received an email confirming my suspicion that it might be faulty. This product comes with 60 days replacement warranty but when contacted the store for assistance, got to speak with David ("the installer") who was very rude and condescending. When I raised the issue with James, he was sympathetic but said he can't make decision for replacement and paying for shipping (as per the consumer rights) and he has to speak with the owner. That's when all went from good to bad: James' tone has changed after speaking with the owner.
When requested replacement (Yamaha comes with 60 days replacement warranty) James now become very condescending and rude and refused to fulfil their warranty obligations. I went back to Yamaha which sent me back to retailer to "demand" replacement but the answer from James was that I should not use the sub as per Yamaha User Manual (!? !) and do not connect control cable. He said that if I send the sub back to them, it will take them some time to test it which sounded more like "we'll put on a back burner so you're for a long haul to get it sorted". It doesn't give me any confidence that I can safely return the unit back to them as they might hold it a ransom and I'll have to chase them to get it back, have no trust in their intentions. The only reason I purchased this sub is to be controlled by the main unit. The store didn't provide a Tax Invoice for my purchase so I had to chase them to get it.

First time I've purchase from them via their online portal and couldn't be more happier. Their customer service is excellent and they have replied to all of my inquiries.they also message you to for all logistics updates since my equipment was on back order for a couple of days. I will most definitely visit their online portal again for future purchases. Keep up the good work.

Went with a genuine purchase in mind. Wandered around aimlessly for 10 minutes while being completely ignored. Someone said hi to me as i was walking out. Guess I'll take my 15k elsewhere.

These guys are fantastic! Super helpful recommendations and innovative use of facebook messenger support makes it easy to get help without having to call up. Despite being interstate this will be my go-to for big audio purchases from now on.

The Todds team are fantastic and so are the systems they sell. Instead of a soundbar, they convinced me to spend a little more on a 3.1ch Bowers & Wilkins speaker setup with a Yamaha AVR. It's now my favourite possession which I use for music and movies multiple times a day. The clarity and depth from a proper system like this compared to a single speaker, can't really be explained in words. Just get one!

I was in the market to find the best over ear wireless headphone experience I could for everyday use such as gym, work, etc. I rang Todd's looking for another product only to be introduced to another the PSB M4U 8's. After spending a few weeks with these headphones, I am becoming increasingly impressed with the sound range of these headphones. Absolute stunning sound for wireless and the built-in mic, & phone controls, these guys really understood the user & listening experience I was after. Well done.

Very easy purchase, nice new showroom with plenty of next purchases to eye off! Excellent service from Bradd made the whole thing a breeze without over complicating it. Local business worthy of supporting instead of money thrown at big public companies. Ample parking, handy location.
