Absolutely amazing to deal with. Didn't know much, if anything about home audio systems, and from dealing with Julio in the sales department it was all made very clear and easy to understand. Great service on the sales side, and no pushy tactics. Just helpful information and guidance to help you get the equipment that makes sense for your own personal setup. I'm also so grateful I took Julio up on the offer to have it all installed and setup by their inhouse tech, David. David is a wiz on the install and more than helpful on walking you through how all the equipment works, and how to get the most out of it. 10 out of 10, from start to finish.

While i effected the fastest possible sale - thinking that the YSP2700 would be user friendly i asked no advice and got none, later asked for advice and was advised of a $150 call out fee - $ 150 for a heap of rubbish? The Yamaha YSP 2700 is exactly that - trash great bin material

Great service, James really new his stuff and wasn't too pushy, was able to demonstrate a few different options.

I have been to Todd’s HiFi a few times over the last 2 years and I always value there help, advice and knowledge. They go out of there way to see the customer is happy and is listened to to find the products that best suit there budget and entertainment wishes, highly recommended.

Awesome guys. I just needed a short length of speaker cable. A nothing sale. Yet, I got immediate and fantastic service. Can't recommend them enough.

Hi I have had a Yamaha amplifier and 5 speakers and a subwoofer for 19 years and the amplifier did not want to turn on any more. It was how I listened to my tv every day and night, so everyone said get a sound bar but I have all the speakers.so I got online found Todds Hi-Fi and I am in heaven again. Loved the service and helped me over the phone. Would recommend to anyone.

Really knowledgeable guys with the experience to know how to set up your system in a difficult environment. Bradd gave us a really good deal bundling a 5.1, receiver and hi-fi rack together.

Awesome theatre and sound systems, staff are super knowledgeable and gave us demos of the theatre room and sound room. Lots of new tech coming in regularly.

Had a great experience with Todds recently. I needed a new component but couldn't make it into the store. James was very helpful with sorting out what options would suit me best and went above and beyond with arranging for it to be shipped quickly so that I could get the colour/finish I was after.

Worth paying a few more dollars for the advise.
Sure you can buy it $20 cheaper on the net however the advice technical setup with so many options and changes to my amp and sub configuration invaluable. The difference in the sound quality with this DAC and the tweets

Todds is able to maintain their physical hifi store and offer support and service to customers whilst being fully price competitive with online shops. Highly recommended!

I’m not in Australia, I’m in N California. I’ve been searching for literally years (5 maybe?) to figure out how to get my Yamaha receiver to go to standby when my Viera tv is turned off (and on with the tv too).

I could get it to work, but then when the receiver came back on, there would be no sound from it. It acted like maybe ARC was on, but I had it off everywhere I could find. I gave up and just left the receiver on.

These guys posted the directions for my exact combo, and they had the missing setting. Boom. It all works great now.

I could not be happier with the service and advice from the team at Todd’s. They are so knowledgeable and friendly and I got an amazing deal in the Summer Sale. Their web chat is awesome and you’re actually talking to real team members in store, and the sound engineers on staff. I would definitely recommend going to Todds Hi Fi for advice and gear. There is clearly a reason they have been in business and successfully held their niche in this changing technology market.

Just had a new surround sound system installed. The service and advice I received was fantastic. They listened to what I was hoping to achieve and they matched my expectations with the products and remained within my budget. Dave (the installer) was highly professional and ensured that everything was perfect before he left. The home theatre experience we are now enjoying surpassed our expectations by a long way. Just a fabulous team to work with.
