My kids love it, and I think the updates keep it fresh. We won this mincraft pig who also enjoyed the games.

5 star for the customer service and Linh as the party host for our son's birthday party yesterday. She was very helpful, happy and fun, the kids and parents had a great time at Timezone yesterday. Definitely recommend Sunshine plaza Timezone for birthday parties!

We loved our visit, got $200 worth of tokens for $100 in a deal and our kids loved it.
Ended up with like 1200 tickets for them to purchase toys with.

Would to love to see a bar in there fpr the adults to relax at while the kids had there fun.but still a great place and would return.

We absolutely love time zone! My family goes there all the time, and my little boy has had two birthday parties there. It's the ultimate destination for a birthday party if you have a gaming, loving child! The staff are absolutely incredible and very attentive. Highly highly recommend a visit here or a birthday party.

Son went to a birthday party on the weekend and it was amazing. Full party planned and a very happy group of 10/12 yr olds. Slept well that night too.

Biggest arcade we’ve been to In awhile has almost everything including bumper cars, laser tag & VR!

My favourite place to hang out in free time, have so many games and the deal in this arcade is really great. I have a platinum card after 1 year of playing here

Very fun arcade with a wide selection of games to choose from and friendly staff too. Awesome place to go to with friends or a group. Prices are a tad high but it's quite easy to win big tickets here.

Time zone is not too bad, good place to waste some time (and money) great place for the kids. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the tickets for the pries where harder to get thank the other arcade in town. Other than that, great place. Staff are ultra friendly too

This TimeZone is a good size arcade, the bowling lanes are short and has no booking first in first served which is hard when pregnant and you are almost at the lane and other patrons push! In frount of you. Staff are a little blase but get the job done. Ultimately we had a blast with the kids wasting some spare time.

Timezone Timeout!
We visited the Sunshine Plaza Timezone today, for the most part we enjoyed our visit. I might be old but just to much going on for my liking, the kids love it, but sometimes i feel they may still be too young to play most games. I love how they have moved to cards, and they have great bonus money when getting credit. The things that bother me the most is how unclean they keep it, how dark they do the lighting and the level of noise. Some of the games also make me feel like your in a casino, money with no pay off.

We’re in Aussie for a holiday with family we came today and had a great time playing bowls followed by laser tag the boys are very competitive.
Fantastic venue so many things /games to play. Next time I’m going to ride those horses

We had so much fun today I came 2nd to last in the bowling but it was awesome really liked the short lanes then we played laser tag sadly wasn’t much better at that but great fun, quite exhilarating, never been to such a big venue back in my home town Hamilton NZ it’s only tiny. I give Sunshine Plaza a AAA+

This place is so fun. The perfect arcade experience, you will definitely spend way too much money here.

Pricing is a tad over priced for duration of games.plus tickets needed to obtain prizes in the way of lollies toys ect is over priced also. If they adjusted this ratio and made it fairer the place would deserve 5 stars as they have the location and and would have much more traffic.we were in there on a Sunday and it was quiet.more thought is needed.

Lots of games to choose from which is great but your money goes very quickly. Don't waste your time on the claw grab machines you will never get anything. Points earned will get you treats at the shop but the points are quite high for many of the items. Located at busy shops and you may have to walk a distance to get there from carpark.

Very bad experience and very bad customer service. Already told them not to touch the card just give a new card to use however still wipe the customer' s card and ask customer to deal with IT herself. Not listening to the customer, staff really not helpful. Not keen to help.
