The Cloakroom exceeded all expectations for service and delivery of bespoke tuxedos for my wedding. Ben and Andrew fitted myself and two groomsmen and had our tuxedos to us in plenty of time before our wedding, including flying to Sydney to fit one groomsman.

The quality was superb and attention to detail second to none, adjusting for each of our individual postures and physiques.

Great service! Had two suits made, Andrew and Ben are very knowledgeable and deliver a great product.

I first went to The Cloakroom about a year ago to help a friend buy a tuxedo for his wedding. We were both impressed with the high quality of the service and the final product. I've bought a number of casual, everyday pieces from The Cloakroom since then and I've been extremely happy with all of them. Andrew and Ben have provided valuable advice on these purchases and offered a number of helpful recommendations to other businesses and products when I've sought them. Each time I've visited, I've appreciated the time they've taken to find out what I'm looking for, why, and so on, and then guided me towards the best or most appropriate options. I've also really appreciated the follow-up contact they've made to check how the items are wearing, my satisfaction with the alterations, cut, fabric, etc. These interactions have been very genuine and have helped me continue to develop my style. I'll certainly be back in the future. If you're interested in menswear, The Cloakroom is exactly the kind of store you should check out and support. There are too few places like it in Brisbane.

The total experience (5 meetings from first consult to final fitting) was special - I had my wedding suit created by Andrew & Ben. I'll touch on the result later.

I like my fashion. And, I can often (if you ask my fiance) be my own worst enemy when it comes to outfits & colour (lack of) compatibility. However, I also do 'hit' every so often. Andrew was the absolute perfect balance of leading me with his professional eye/opinion, and listening to my thoughts.

The result is a three-piece suit with immaculate detail plus tie and pocket square. The boys went beyond in service and even polished my one-strap monk shoes - bought completely separately - for my fitting. I expected to be impressed; but, boy - I was actually blown away.

Recently I had an unforgettable experience organising and designing suits with my father, father in-law and groomsmen in preparation for my wedding.

Andrew and his team treated us to some amazing cocktails from the bespoke bar they have on site, as we discussed design and colours. It's a memory I'll never forget.

After an appointment with a recommended tailor in Brisbane, I didn’t feel right. So I went on over to the cloakroom to see what they could offer. Before going we shared a short phone call and I sent a couple of images of what I was chasing.

On arrival Andrew already had the fabrics in mind that would talk to me, they were spot on and I instantly felt comfortable and confident in what I was purchasing.
