I have to choose one wedding suits for my husband and it is very urgent. Ben provides new stock in store based on our requests and show us details. My husband loves it very much. Meanwhile, Ben helps to match shirts, bow and shirts studs. It looks pretty perfect. Their other staff are all friendly and professional. It’s been a fabulous experience - not only are the suits perfect for both of them (they each have some gorgeous subtle personalised details) but the team were friendly, approachable and very knowledgeable about their craft. When my partner and I walked into the shop we were a bit lost at what we wanted for our wedding day - other than to look good. Ben and the rest of the team immediately put us at ease, walking us through their process and working with us to make the perfect suits for us. They went over and above our expectations and calling the service outstanding seems like an understatement. And of course they made us look really, really good.

Purchased my first tailored suit here and thought they were excellent. Andrew was very helpful explaining how the process works and outlining my options (e.g. Something that works with your budget or selecting something that meets your requirements). The quality of the product was excellent too. I did like the way they would keep making the adjustments until everything was how it should be - I didn't feel as though I was being rushed through the process.

I could not be more thrilled with the service I received here in getting a tailored suit for my wedding. As a “big and tall” guy I was not charged any additional fee for my suit and Ben and Andrew worked hard to make sure I felt important and looked like a million bucks for my big day. On top of friendly service they were both extremely knowledgeable about the product and gave excellent recommendations. This was also all done with a tight time crunch. I will be a repeat customer!
