The Barn on Flaxton

Very pleasant environment both indoor and on the deck with a nice view.
Food is great and so are the cakes. Prompt and professional service.
The shop is a nice distraction with many articles to choose from.
Ample parking in front of the shop.

Stopped by here today after hiking in Mapleton, excellent breakfast. My vegan savoury muffin was to die for soo many flavours and my partner's big breakfast was farm fresh n scrumptious. Ended up buying a jar of their home-made relish it was that good! Well done!

Beautiful place and very chatty and polite. The sausage roll was to die for the pastry was exquisite

The Barn at Flaxton is such a great hub and a definite stopover destination for anyone driving through the scenic hinterland of the Sunshine Coast. It’s full of gifts, delicacies and their cafe food is comforting and beautiful! This please is a favourite of ours and is a must stop destination on a day trip drive or if you are hiking The Great Walk. Very accessible on the main road, plenty of parking and the owners make you feel like a local.

What a friendly shop.stopped to stretch legs and was pleasantly surprised to find a diamond in the rough.got some takeaway drinks which the staff bought to us in the knick knack side of the store.which had a great range of assorted gifts to buy.bought some honey, marmalade and the spiciest sauce around.was nice supporting a small business.btw coffees and conversation was brilliant.btw take an old book to swap in their little library

The staff were so warm and welcoming, the place felt cosy on a rainy day and we enjoyed our food. Freckles with our coffees were a cute final touch too:)

Friendly staff, great food. Best soups ever, and relaxing atmosphere. Quaint gift shop and gourmet deli for some take home treats.

Friendly staff, cute little lunch spot. Food was a let down, chicken caesar burger was very dry and flavourless, and chips were over done. Coffees came out quick though!

The Barn on Flaxton just gets better and better. SO community focused, such a lovely bunch of people, and great value with very tasty meals and yummy drinks. My new favourite brekky is the Veggie Delight, and I will often find an excuse to head through Flaxton so I can get it! Thanks guys - you are such an asset to the hinterland. I HIGHLY recommend this wonderful place!

Loved this Cafe- great coffee, excellent menu of treats and nutritious food including some vegan options which I loved. Excellent service with attention to detail, a smile and politeness. And the bonus is it's open every day. We were famished after a long walk one day and very pleased to find it open.

Highly recommend 5 The food is amazing catering for all the different dietary requirements and the service is fantastic. We were able to host a small family function of 20 guests out on the balcony. It was just perfect. Ange & Jase are the best host. A big Thank You to you both

Great coffee and a cute gift shop. They also do breakfast and lunch and sell bags of ice. They also have the most thoughtful little thing in the girls bathroom. That's hospitality.

Great food, coffee and quirky shop. I'm a regular visitor, always something new to taste and see.
