The staff are friendly and they had a really great sale on that weekend. They have always had what l need for my D.i. Y jobs at home.

I was able to get exactly what I needed to the job I have in mind. The staff member that served us (Tammy) was extremely helpful and her product information was second to none. I would highly recommend Stratco Caboolture to anyone.

A little out of the way to get too. Great open air store. Could use some more staff on weekends.

Terrible service - our fencing contractor went to pick up our order as per phone confirmation, only to be told, 'Oh no that order won't be in till later in the day! ' So we, the owner of the property, go later to pick up our order for the fences, so he can start the next day. The inexperienced woman who attended to us, was left to manage the forklift on her own and when she couldn't manage to load our fencing and went to get help, the guy she returned with said, 'Yeah, (? Name) said, I think she's struggling out there" (!) They'd been watching her struggle and not come to help till she'd asked! After that, we drive all the way back from Caboolture to Redcliffe and receive a call to say they forgot to give us all the order! No apologies!

Messed up our order.store is understaffed at times which means they can't leave the cash register to go and look for items you've ordered.

After unpacking & starting to assemble an outdoor setting we were very disappointed to see a large dent in the frame of the table. I phoned Stratco & told them of the damage & sent a photo. Without any hassle we were told to just bring the damaged item back & they will give us a new table from stock. Thank you Stratco. After sales customer service was 2nd to none.

Great place to purchase car ports, fencing, metal shelving, outdoor furniture, metal/plastic/latice wall features, metal supplies, tool boxes and hardware etc. Clean stall, great parking access.
