Stratco do sheds; and more. This store looks tired.poorly marked parking, unswept, dusty, poorly stocked shelves.

Very poor experience! No one knows what they are doing. Ordered online & paid for click & collect, lost in the system, had to wait whilst staff fumbled around. What a waste of valuable time.
Will not return.

Great service. Went in looking for a 25 year old style of colourbond ridge cap for a small repair. They took the time to sort through old stock, and offcuts pile until we found one that would work. Thanks team, appreciate the effort.

Eliana provided excellent customer service and product knowledge to help place a significant order. She was super helpful, happy, patient and answered all our questions. A real credit to herself and the organisation. I wish more people working in customer facing roles were like her. Thank you Eliana

We purchased a small garden shed - ordered it on-line, to pick up a few days later. Arrived at the store, and after a short wait the storeman arrived, got the shed from on high and loaded it into our trailer. The shed is ideal for what we needed. Thank you.

I picked up a small garden shed over the weekend. Packaging was bigger than I thought it was going to be, so Adrien (who served us) let us use a rope to tie the boot down. Great service, couldn't recommend more.

Great service, always go out of their way to help. Didn't have wat I needed but had a scrap piece out back which they gave to me. Couldn't be happier and highly recommend this store.

Products far more expensive than shops surrounding. Staff are not quite in touch with what stock is available however they did their best to help with my needs.

The staff at Stratco Caboolture are extremely helpful and friendly. They gave me the advice I needed and went out of their way to meet my requirements. I definitely recommend them if you need good products at reasonable prices

Lindsay was excellent in Customer Service. Both my husband & I walked away with all the necessary requirements for our new shed. Stratco is excellent. We are looking forward to our new structure to go with our previous Stratco structures at home….

The item ordered was available for collection within 3 working days. It was as advertised and meets my needs entirely.

Not yet best staff didn't care that I was in store, no acknowledgement I had entered, no checking as I left if I needed help, basically ignored my presence. Won't go back.

Pleasantly surprised, no excessive junk, have some really good quality products & plenty of unreal priced "clearance" sales. Service was reasonable could always improve. Found 1 item in particular ½ shelf price & better quality than the "B mobs" cheapest. Had been looking for 1 for ages not going to say what it is cause I want to get atleast 2more.

Great products (we’re going to buy a shed), but the real bonus is the staff. I’ve been there a few times and they are genuinely helpful and friendly. I really appreciate good service, and this place has never disappointed me.

People rush to Bunnings, but seriously STRATCO, have a great range AND have enough well experienced staff to help.

I had out roll down blinds installed by Stratco some time ago. After a short while the metal joiners that come together on the posts which are the tracks for the blinds started to separate. I contacted the store with no result, then contacted the head office, whom assured me my issues would be sorted and followed up by the installation team. I’ve heard nothing from that day forward.

I’ve now engaged a local installer from Qld Shade/outdoor blinds/shutters Brisbane whom turned up the day after phoning his mobile and the issue has now been rectified, he also Re-tensioned my spring and it’s now working perfectly after being part useless for as long as I can remember.

Staff were helpful in coming up with a solution. However was forced to buy way more than I needed.
