Stratco Caboolture

Was just killing some time while i was waiting for car at auto electricians store well presented and a good range

Ordered a shed fron Caboolture - salesman forgot to place the order with manufacturing. Delivery was a month late. Delivery was planned for 'anytime' on a set date, so took time off work for the whole day and only a third of order arrived. Other 2 thirds came randomly over the next week.
Salesman and staff follow up and service/contact was far below our expectations for such a well known company.
Would not recommend.

Service was slow at first but found a girl who was very good and assisted and showed knowledge in what we were lokking for.

Lovely mannered well built Indian boy with the curly hair gave us an amazing outlook on what would be suitable for my wife and I's needs. Unfortunately we weren't able to buy on the day but will definitely come back in for a sale!

The click and collect section of this store is always quick and friendly as well as the front counter staff. So much friendlier than the green box store on the other side of town

Do not go here. And if you do please don't consult Corey. We are running a small business and reliability and the right information is super important to us.
Corey misled me on the phone to secure a sale misdirecting about the width then when confronted he blatantly denied ever saying that to me and offered no apology or recognition of his error or 'mistake'. If you can avoid stratco caboolture do it by any means. Stratco Virginia is not much further.

How can you not be open on Saturday and Sunday. I cannot get there within
your trading hours, without taking time off work.

Caleb & Danielle were absolutely fantastic helping map out and plan the work I am wanting to do around my house and yard. Caleb truly went above and beyond to understand what it was I am trying to accomplish. Danielle made my interim purchase a happy experience, will definitely be going back to Stratco Caboolture!

The guy with the curly hair and thought he was a bit of a stud with his phisic put us ofg buying our shed their plus he had no idea.

Absolutely brilliant is the easiest way to sum up this branch. After purchasing many 100s of meters of Waveloc fencing i am so extremely happy at how it has turned out and most importantly how i was guided and treated by Danielle. Nothing was ever a problem and everything was explained and supplied in a speedy fashion. Thank-you so very much team.

A lot of mess around between the stores. Than when I went to pick up my order after being told it would be there to find out it wasn’t.
They gave me what they had in stock, and short sheeted me, forgot to put the concrete on the trailer. When I rung about the short sheeting got the run around and was told someone would call me about it.
No one called to talk to me.
The service was terrible and I ended up having to pay more for the fencing I needed that was already paid for once. Was not happy and won’t be using them again.

Cheap prices, they always have a bargain here, even if it's not on special it's worth checking before you buy somewhere else

First timers and we got exactly the right shelving we were looking for. Why have we never been?

Corey at Stratco Caboolture is the most helpful person I have ever dealt with while renovating my house. I have had to get fencing and then patio materials and I can't wait for my next project to start so I can deal with him knowing I'm getting a great deal with great service. Can't recommend highly enough

They are really good. They always have kerosene and wicks for the let heaters they sell. They are eager to happen load heavy purchases into your car. Staff friendly helpful

Worst customer service I have experienced in a long time. There were more staff in the shop then customers. Yet I had to get help loading my car from a customer. How unprofessional and embarrassing for stratco. Then to top it off I get overcharged. Pathetic

Service was not great, no apology for ignoring me for 10 minutes. The slightly redeemed by carrying some heavy items to the car.

Recently visit here to check out purchasing a garden shed the shop was quiet of customers, absolutely NO one came to see if we needed a hand. We had to search for a sale assistant, and when we finally found one to help us, it felt like we were a inconvenience. We decided to purchase else where. I hope Stratco provide some much needed customer service training to their staff, as it is well needed at the caboolture store.
