50Customer service was average in store and when the product was delivered parts were missing and beams cut incorrect lengths.
I was promised a call on a quote but three days later nothing. I have also called three times only to be told their line is busy. Either they don’t want my business or are too lazy to take the call. I know from going to the shop they are not that busy. Customer Service needs a damn good shakeup or maybe they just don’t care if potential customers go elsewhere
I came into stratco Virginia, and i was served by Logan at the checkouts and Jane in the isles, Both Jand & Logan, gave excellent customer service. Both so polite and helpful.
Bought somes Outdoor blinds and it was painful. The ONLY reason its getting 3 stars is because their fitting contractor jordan stringfellow made up for their shortfalls. When measuring he turned up when he said. The blinds got ordered before 3 weeks later having to order again! Then they got delivered, great, but no warning so I was at work.
Arranged with Jordan to come and install, turned up, job done, blinds look great. Whole process took far too long but surprisingly it was the contractor that made it a little less painful
Went in to Stratco store in Virginia Dec 2017, and my details were taken for a quote. In Feb 2018 my wife was contacted to ask if we had been contacted about the quote, to which she replied "no". We were told that somebody would contact us soon about the quote. It is now Apr 2018 and still no contact from Stratco at all. Poor assistants.
Very helpful staff. However, should have extended trading hours to cater for others. Pricing not clearly indicated on each products.
After a rough start, the management team went above and beyond to resolve our complaint. Our initial impression has certainly changed and we are looking forward to the delivery of our new patio. Thank you.
The few times we've been here, my husband and I have always been well treated, even our dog Otis gets treated well.
The staff are friendly and patient.
Pretty small hardware store compared to the other major retailers but it does have a fair selection. Pretty good assistance if you are looking to purchase a patio and garden shed. Can be busy at times.
