Don't waste your time. They have lots of positive comments on their website, but at the end of the day they don't want to help you.

With a garage re roofing project looming and having not done this for 25 years, thought it a good idea to get some advice. The rep was patient, explained all of the fittings, and investigated thoroughly the roof profiles to make sure the Laserlite polycarbonate would integrate with the Colorbond successfully. Thoroughly worth visiting for any kind of roof and shed advice.

I wanted to purchase products needed and required more advice before purchasing, but standing around for close to 15 minutes without being acknowledged, just a quick 'someone will be with you in a minute' would suffice. I'll take my business to another store who can provide customer service.

The new location at Brendale for Stratco gets a big tick from me, adding to the list of my favorite businesses to visit at Brendale all within close proximity to each other. The new shop is clean, spacious and features all the favorite goodies Stratco is known for.

If you think you are going to go there and pick up hardware items forget it they aren't carry much of it at all and there rebuttal is OH we will get it in for you we will have it in a day or say so don't waste your time just go up the road to Bunnings where you can get it off the shelf

Nice & helpful staff. Virginal shop moving to Kremzo Rd Brendale soon, so didn't have what we were looking for.

The sales rep Darren was very helpful and took time to explain different Stubbie shed options to me. He recommended an installer too. Will go back for any future storage needs.

Easy parking and helpful staff when they are available. Prices are still shockingly high though, were expecting pavilion blinds to be half the price if we're putting them up ourselves.

Stratco delivers a good basic fencing system which was all we needed to section off part of our property! Since fencing isn't something I am familiar with, an in-store face to face consult was definitely needed. Lady who served me was pleasant & polite. Placed order & waited a few weeks before collecting on Saturday from Virginia store.
Blocked out the weekend to get this done but
soon found out we had insufficient quantity of posts to complete project! Another few weeks to wait for order to arrive.frustrating! UPDATE: They fast tracked the second order & rectified the problem really well! Good outcome.

I mistakenly thought that if I got a Stratco fence I would get a quality product and excellent service. I requested a quote online and after a couple of weeks a Stratco representative turned up and gave me a quote.
My fence was installed and I was left with an obviously crooked gate and concrete spills and metal shavings all over my shared driveway.
Upon calling Stratco, Diane advised me that it wasn't their problem and that I had signed a contract with the installer, which I hadn't, and needed to contact them myself. She then rudely told me that they have never had issues with this installer before, implying that somehow I was to blame. She also thought that maybe the installer may have had family or personal problems preventing him from doing a good job. Really? ! After much discussion about who is responsible for Stratcos contractors, Dianne decided she would do me a favour and flick the contractor a message. Lucky me!
The installers did come back and cleaned up and straightened the gate. For this I give the 2 star rating.
I would never use Stratco again and Dianne would be one of the rudest people I have ever spoken to. I would not recommend them at all.
