Food simple but delicious.

Gym itself has everything, including massage chairs, sauna, yoga, magnesium pool, meal prep, nutritionist etc etc

Worth the little bit extra $ as it comes with everything!

Staff are extremely helpful and friendly

Even when it's busy the staff are happy to happy give tips also it's not very expensive for the membership which is awesome

Great options for classes of all levels. Steem room and Sauna work a treat. Mineral pool is also good. Toilet, shower and locker facilities. Straightner and blow dryers available. Cafe is good also. I don't use the gym equipment as much as I prefer classes but it looks okay. Plenty of parking available when I go. Outdoor classes available which are really popular. Facilities have always been clean when I am there.

By far the best gym in Townsville, I use to CBD location and it has everything I could ask for + more. It's a little higher priced than the usual 24/7 gyms around here but for good reason. Go and have a look, you won't be disappointed.

Had my introduction with Nicholas this week - he was really friendly and knowledgable. Facilities are amazing. Can't wait to get into it!

I've been at Strand Fitness since moving to Townsville over 6 years ago and I love it. It's a great gym with awesome facilities and fab staff. Love the pool, steam and sauna rooms. There's a fantastic crèche for the kids so you can have some time out from Mama duties! Great selection of classes and awesome functional training room. Best gym in town!

I've been a member sinced I moved to Townsville 3 years ago. Very family friendly, my children love the creche and also attend swimming lessons while I train there. Fantastic gym with wonderful, friendly staff.

I would highly recommend Strand Fitness to all my family and friends. Very welcoming and clean and tidy gym. All staff are very warm and welcoming towards you from the minute you walk in the door and are extremely helpful and happy to answer any and all questions. Not once have i ever felt like i was out of place or have i felt like people have been passing judgement.

A great gym with various classes for all different levels of fitness. It comes also with a sauna, steam room and pool. The staff and class instructors are helpful and professional. Do yourself a favour and try them out.

The gym has great facilities and staff. There’s a good atmosphere and the dungeon is well equipped to conduct circuits and CrossFit style sessions. The heated yoga and Pilates classes have been great for recovery, as too the pool and steam room.

Awesome gym for anyone looking for quality and variety in Townsville. Staff and trainers are experienced and very helpful!
