Highly recommend going to Springfield Jewellers, they are amazing. The 2 ladies I spoke with about my rings on my many visits were kind, friendly and very knowledgeable. I am extremely happy with the service, care and overall experience of getting my rings. Massive thanks to Sage for all her help, advice and guidance and to Catherine for stepping in when Sage wasn't there. If I could give them 10 stars I would, thanks guys one very happy customer.

I brought a gold heart locket necklace from Pranay for a lasting memory of my amazing nanna and pa and my beautiful mum so i can hold them close to my heart and all i can say is I am absolutely amazed and blown away at how perfect the fine work detail that has been done and all i can say is thank you Pranay and Springfield Jewellers for making me my special necklace to remember my beautiful family i can never thank you enough it is absolutely perfect.

I recently consulted Pranay to make a Custom made gold bangle for our newborn daughter and a custom made diamond “push” ring for my wife. I trusted Pranay with these items as he had previously also made a custom diamond engagement ring for my wife which was so well crafted and perfect. Pranay did an amazing job and the customer service provided was superb. I would highly recommend Pranay and his team for all your jewellery needs.

The staff at Springfield Jewellers are amazing. They’ve done everything from cleaning, repair, plating, and engraving for me. It’s an immaculate job every time. Great pricing as well and such friendly service. No matter who you speak to they will take care if you.

Amazing and friendly service I cannot recommend them highly enough, they were with me every step of the way through designing and making the perfect engagement ring. I had the best experience with the team @ Springfield Jewellers. I used my own stones & gold, gave them a complete wish list and Annaleise worked her magic (with some help of the master craftsmen out the back) to come up with the perfect gold dress rings to complement my stones. I didn’t think I would like the bezel setting suggested but now I’m in love with my new sparklers! Thank you

This gem of a jewellers offers great customer service! Sage served my husband and myself for the resizing of his wedding ring, it was ready within the week, in a polished and shinier condition. Very satisfied!

Springfield Jewellers made a unique 'one of a kind' ring for a unique beautiful stone l had. They kept me update on the process, discussed different styles, any concerns on designs (due to the size and shape) and by the end of my experience, l have the most breath taking ring. I highly recommend these guys. Professional, service is outstanding and their designs are fabulous. I will be back

WOW, what fantastic service and attention to detail. Had to have my engagement ring repaired and resized - beautifully done and looked like a brand new ring when I collected it. I had also had to have my grandma’s engagement ring cut off my right hand as it was too tight to remove any other way, having worn it for the last 5 years I had to wait for my finger to “reshape” Which took approx 5 weeks before they could resize it. From resizing until it was ready for collection was 72 hours! This ring is approx 120years old but looked brand new and the diamonds and sapphire sparkle brightly. This ring is of immense sentimental value and I can’t thank the staff at Springfield Jewellers for keeping it safe & sound prior to repairing it and for the fantastic service.
Highly recommend to anyone looking for beautiful jewelry and awesome customer service.
