Springfield Jewellers are my go-to jeweller.

Unlike the well-known franchises, Springfield Jewellers are a family owned and operated business. They are almost always open with a family member present and on the odd occasion they're not, you'll always find a very helpful and polite staff member.

I've never felt pressured or uncomfortable visiting their store. You feel like they're genuinely trying to help you, whether you decide to make a purchase or not.

I recommend Springfield Jewellers to anyone who is looking for a real Jeweller and not just sales people who work in a jewellery store.

Very friendly, willing to take time in regards to jewellery repairs and sales. Have only just discovered them will continue to take my business there. My repair came back perfect looks like brand new.

This small business were extremely helpful with helping me make a decision on how to fix my bracelet. They also helped with pricing, showing two ways of to fix with the price. Everyone I encountered at this jewellery shop were very helpful, informative and pleasant. I’ll be back.

We have been shopping with Jay and the team for many years and recently had the privilege of have specially crafted pieces of jewellery made for us.
