I took in my mother’s very old gold ring which (was extremely dull and no shine) for a clean. I had very low expectations and didn’t even know if a clean would help with anything. When I say I was absolutely shocked when they handed my ring back to me… that’s an understatement. I was blown away with how shiny and beautiful it looked! Would definitely recommend and will be returning with my other rings.

Needed a pair of gold earrings cleaned and polished for formal. The cleaning look less than 5 minutes and came out perfectly. Service was free as they were small. Customer service from Lisa was great. Very happy.

We were given a time for completion and we’re very pleased they were completed ahead of time. I recently visited Springfield Jewellers and wanted to share my shopping experience.
First and foremost, the staff were not over-eager to sell products to you or jump on you the moment you walked into the store, instead I was allowed to browse with pressure. Once I have selected a few items to try on, the staff were attentive and knowledgeable.
Once I had chosen the item to purchase, there was a price discrepancy on the display price vs the till price. Without any issues, the store manager approved the display price even though I was happy to choose an alternative (and cheaper) item.
Overall, my shopping experience at this store was exceptional in every way. I highly recommend visiting this store and look forward to returning soon.
