Skechers DFO Harbour Town

We bought shoes last week and shoes was good when we used first time and after few days shoes was not comfortable and I getting pain when I using long standing I bring back the shoes to the shop but they not accepted to change the shoes and that’s is not fair,
I was local customer and I bought more than 5 or 6 shoes from them and this is first time buying shoes from them for my wife
Honestly I’m not happy with that store

I had an amazing experience buying my latest pair of shoes, I have MS and have just had to start wearing a foot brace, a gentleman was assisting me but I was getting very stressed out trying to sort out the best shoe, Taylor was on her way out to lunch and saw my stress and asked what my requirements were and what I needed, she said she new the exact shoe I needed, she was an angel in disguise, she made all my stress go away and I left with the perfect shoe, she went way beyound just selling me a pair of shoes, when you have a disability you feel very vonuable Thankyou Taylor

Horrible customer service. In the entire time I was at the shop trying on shoes no one of the retail assistance offered to help and when i went to pay for the pair of shoes I had pick I got told the a different price than I originally thought the shoes were saling for.

Worst service. Wanted to buy shoes for 2 children no assurance offered & sales people showed disdain at the pram in the aisle.
