Skechers DFO Harbour Town

Good product but hot & miss Staff. Walked out last visit because some items were marked down, but rude Staff person said no its scanning at full price, that's what you pay. I said no, 1/2 the stock is marked down, yet she still argued send tried to charge me full price. I think my shopping experience was dampened more by the attitude of the Staff member. So tired of arrogant unhelpful young staff who don't care how they talk to "paying" customers. I love the products. Shame about some Staff.

Jessica was so helpfull on Monday, from the moment i walked in, and always had a smile on her face.
She found a pair of shoes i didnt even know excisted. And i did my research at home for what i wanted.
These ended up fitting me better, for the purpouses i needed them for. (Loads of walking and heaving lifting for work). Also very comfertable for my flat feet.

Customer service can certainly improve, we were assisted by staff that was not really attentive or even empathetic.
I was after three references of skechers, but they were not available on size 7, so I ended up buying online (prices are the same)
I wouldn't bother going back to this store again.

Bad customer service, false advertising, had price tag on product was 29 and will not sell it for that price, blaming it on their warehouse, even when we could see it was their reduced price sticker, basically 0 star experience

Can get crowded which can make it hard to shop. Great range of footwear which are extremely comfortable and well priced. Always worth a visit for some great deals.

I've worn Skechers for a while now but yesterday was my worst experience in their retail store at Harbortown.
I purchased a pair of skechers at a good price. No complaints with that nor the product.
The problem took place when the girl serving me recommended I use water repellent on 'that' particular pair of shoes as they were prone to damage by water. She went into some detail so I took her advice and paid the extra amount.
On arriving home we were gobsmacked to find a label attached to the shoes which read "Machine Washable"!
Totally unimpressed and they've lost a regular customer. We have a large family and I'll be sure to let them know of this experience.

Good store nice prices helpful staff. The store is so too small and cluttered they definitely need a bigger shop with more space

Bought 2 pair of shoes for our kids and staff was really helpful. The music in the shop was too loud though.

We paid $149.99 I really don’t think so these safety shoes worth it. Never seen any safety shoes worth of $149.99 this bad quality. Gone in couple months

Had great experience with the young girl Emily. I trust her to get me a good deal and no problem too small or big for her. The only problem is the music can be really loud on weekends

We had Emily help my 70yo Mum who is currently travelling around Australia on a motorcycle and required light weight shoes. Emily was amazing and spent at least 1/2 hour with us while mum had tried on about 10 pairs of shoes. Emily had a sound knowledge and understood the Sketchers product! Extremely grateful of her excellent customer service skills!

So last month I bought a pair of sketchers after a while searching for a good pair of shoes. Unfortunately I’m very dissatisfied with it, after A few uses the needlework in front of the shoes started to come apart, I went to the store showed them and explained to them but they said it was my fault and told I should have it fixed in another place cause they wouldn’t do anything for me. I thought I had made a good investment when purchasing these shoes but little did I know.the attendants are great at first when they want to sell but for anything else they are awful: The lady who spoke with me were very arrogant and uninterested. I should have bought a pair of shoes from Kmart instead, it would have lasted longer and if any problems had occurred they would have exchanged for me.
I don’t recommend sketchers to anyone ever again. I feel like I just wasted my money.

Just ok, once I mentioned I wanted to stick to items on special, sales guy took off. A lovely young lady finally gave real service. Like the shoes, service needs some work.

Found the right pair of runners here. Appreciated the advice of their sales assistant who was great. So much help. Great product. Great outlet.

Horrible customer service. Rang the harbour town store to check if they had a size in stock. Rude girl whos name was Shanelle wouldn't check the database unless I had the item code. She refused to type in the shoe name and description, so rather than support that store I purchased from Athletes Foot who were super helpful on the phone.

I bought a shoes a week ago, went back to the shop because the shoes was faulty, proved them it was faulty and they wouldn't exchange it. Called customer care to be told to go back to the shop and try another shoes and exchange it. I went back to the shop to hear from a the manager he wouldn't exchange it and he told me if i wasn't happy to sell on Ebay. That was by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced, that guy is very arrogant, whoever hired that guy should get fired, hence all the bad reviews here. Don't waste your money, go to Nike you will get a better customer service.

While staff are very polite if buying shoes make sure u are comfortable as no refund given if u have worn them once which u need to do as the shoes i brought wore for 4 hours and basically couldn't walk for 2 days while polite to me the suggest I place them on gum tree for sale

Very disappointing. Polite staff, but limited stock in size 11. Women with large feet don't choose to have large feet, and it is disheartening to be told, repeatedly that shoes are not a avaiable in "that size".

Needed a couple pairs of shoes so took advantage while on GC to see what Skeetchers had. Staff were very efficient and I got my 2 pairs of shoes. The only thing that was annoying was that there was not too much room to move around.
