Skechers DFO Harbour Town

Excellent service. In such a busy shop, we were made to feel like we were the only customer.

2 stars because staff were friendly. This is NOT a factory outlet. Pricing for go walk shoes is the same as other stores.
I used to be able to get size 13 shoes for $40-60 once they were on clearance / but the staff admitted that there is nothing under $79.95 in my size. I don’t know why Harbourtown allow you to stay. Spent my $200 at another store that was selling genuinely under 50% of the price at Pacific Fair.

Bought a pair of $159.99 shoes 6 months ago. I expected them to last a bit longer. Inner soles disintegrating, holes in the linings, front bit connected to sole peeling off. Used for walks, not jogging or mountain climbing. Called and talked to Jordan who said to bring them in they sound faulty. Took them in and had to deal with a guy at the counter who left twice to talk to manager - even told me these shoes were not for walking! Would do nothing. Called Skechers Australia Head Office and told to take them elsewhere for refund as they should have lasted longer than 6 months!

Very busy on the day I was there. I was served almost straight away and showed many different shoes. Very helpful on the day, I like this store always helpful

Would not recommend this store, the aisles are too crowded and while trying on some shoes, a person in a wheelchair was told to move because they were blocking an aisle.

Great if you're looking for a bargain. I got my grandsons a pair of shoes for a great price.

Good range of shoes, regular prices. Nice staff but the music in store was too loud so I didn't stay.

I've been coming to this store for several years and today was the first time I encountered extremely rude and disgusting behaviour from the manager and staff insisting on having my address and stating it's just policy. There were several staff huddled in one area and almost no customers in store and I felt like I was an interruption to them standing around by even being in the store.

Always love going to Harbour Town its a great shopping experience, had a very good sales assistant who helped me with my purchases, over all a very positive afternoon

I do love sketchers, but this shop is way too small. No room to avoid close contact with other customers. Needs a much bigger shop. Love the products but will purchase online instead.

Not an outlet store anymore. No real bargains on shoes as has been in the past.everything seemed same price as online or a normal Skechers store. Disappointing.

I had exceptional service today at the Harbour Town store by a lady called Faith
She could not have been more helpful and the whole team were friendly and bubbly

Enquired about a certain shoe there was told to look at an area of the store and she walked away to stand there doing nothing. I was appalled and I found her very rude and couldn't be arsed helping its part of your job description to help and ensure I am getting what I'm looking for. Really you think I chose to come out in these times to be treated like this.

Such helpful staff, I was met at the door girl asked what I was looking for, I said work shoes, non slip. She advised I see another young lady, she got her attention and asked her to assist me. I bought a great pair of shoes and socks (pack of six pairs on special) for work I'll definitely be back.

Zull customer service. Zull products knowledge.
Staff more interested to talk to each other, and doing Postal orders.
Staff looking after us decided his young mate was more important to talk to.
If it wasn't what my wife wanted we would have gone elsewhere.
Not coming back as you did not give us the reason to.

Fabulous product. I purchased 3 pairs of shoes and also some cool low cut socks. The young lady that helped us was professional and knowledgeable. We were fortunate that we received 20% off our purchase. Have decided to go back tomorrow to purchase more shoes whilst sale is on. Great store.
