Ronin Academy

When I 1st started with Ronin there's no way I would exercise with people around. Now I've built the confidence up to be able to do all the classes. Very family friendly gym. Would highly recommend to everyone.

Love Ronin! The most friendly and welcoming environment to train. What our son has gained from attending Mini Samurai Jiu Jitsu has been absolutely wonderful.

This business will take your money through any event, i.e. During covid, and not make any compansation for it. You be very very sure before signing with these people. For me, they are one step away from being reported to the ACCC for unconscionable conduct.

The gym itself is good, however there is lots of miscommunication and he said, she said and very difficult and very expensive to leave which is the opposite to what the staff members said. (In regards to being able to change what was signed up for, I wanted to change from the all access to just the gym and I couldn’t get a hold of anyone and no one got back to me for weeks. Which lead to me just cancelling, which cost me an arm and a leg)

Ronin Academy has an atmosphere like no other. Staff are friendly and helpful and I have enjoyed my experience from the start and hope to continue my experience for a long time. Gym is functional for anyone and martial arts classes are fun and you learn so much. Great way to meet people too! Pricing is great if you're willing to put the effort in and come along. Ronin is an awesome place

The best place to train is Townsville Kris is amazing to learn from i have learnt so much over the last 6 months with the Team at Ronin amazing environment to learn all the 10th planet Jiu jitsu and all the muay thai you could ask for

The kids and I love being at Ronin, they are family friendly and we are always made feel to welcome and comfortable. I love that the kickboxing and other classes are designed for anyone of any level to join. I can't recommend this place more if you want to get fit and learn a new skill!

Without doubt the best martial arts gym in Townsville! Not only does it cater for all levels of experience and age groups the team that run it are incredible. They have truly created a great atmosphere to train, learn and push yourself. I would highly recommend everyone to come down and join the Ronin family!

An outstanding gym with an excellent trainer who is enthusiastic, friendly and knowledgeable. Ronin has an incredibly flexible timetable offering both BJJ and Muay Thai. I Enjoy training here immensely, it's a fantastic outlet.
