Not often that I rate a big store like this, but the counter people here were exceptionally helpful. They let me know that a product I had bought should still be under warranty, rather than trying to flog me a new one. They even printed my receipt out from 18 months ago so I didn't have to go looking for it.
Exceptional service that's made me a long term customer.

Pushy sales people if you can find some one in the first place there too busy talking on call or friends

Great, friendly and efficient service at this store! Special mention for the.efforts of Aleisha and the lovely young blond girl on front register. The Fitbit company sent us there when our ‘very recently out of warranty product’ failed. Really they weren’t obliged to do anything but they chose to and were happy to help. Within a week, Aleisha had contacted the Fitbit Rep who listened and replaced the unit despite us only requesting a check for repair.
That’s the sort of treatment you can expect from the fine people in this store- keep it up guys and keep this store in mind if you want help and good service! THANK YOU so much to Fitbit also for standing by your products quality. We are all in retail ourselves and will sing your praises at work

Terrible experience. Multiple staff members standing around chatting not interested in customers. No product knowledge when finally served. Only interested in selling more expensive option. Ended up walking out.

This is our local Rebel Store and we've been shopping here since 3 years. Staff are friendly, great service and knowledgeable. We have bought school and sports shoes for the family every year & other items too. The Staff in the shoe section have always been awesome. The Store is clean and well laid out.
