I Thought I would try something different and dress like a bum, unshaven and wearing old clothes. Walked into Rebel and was straight away approached by a younger chap named Cameron. The service I received from Cameron was fantastic. Was helping me out while assisting other customers for about half an hour. Could not meet a more genuine guy, nothing was an issue even dressed the way I was. I ended up buying a pair of Nikes. I hope management acknowledges this review and congratulate Cameron for his very pleasant disposition. Just a foot note, walked into JD Sports dressed in the exact same way and received absolutely no service, was looked straight through by two staff.

Horrible service I’ve ever had in Robina store, the young girl in cashier is very rude! Don’t recommend Robina store at all! If you don’t show positive attitude at work especially in retail industry, then don’t work! Don’t be disgusting!

I went in to get black sports shoes for a teen with a big foot. The experience was proving to be a stressful one with very little selection until Cameron came over to help us. He was polite, calm, capable and extremely helpful. Found us a couple of selections in a few moments and we were on our way.
I’m very grateful for Cameron’s help what an asset to Rebel.

Very helpful assistant in the exercise machines area that clearly knows his stuff and wanted to help.

The older gentleman that served me yesterday was extremely knowledgeable and had fantastic customer service. He is the main reason you got a sale today. Not because of persistence to make a sale but because of care and finding what his customer need.

Braydon at Rebel Robina showed excellent customer service skills for when I was looking to buy a sport shoe.
Although the shoe wasn't in stock, Braydon did his best to make a compromise and resourced shoes that were similar in ability.
Braydon was very knowledgeable in his understanding with the sport shoes and gave great customer service!

Excellent service from team member Pam today, helping me find ladies wear, boxing gloves and kids shoes. She knew her products well and was still able to assist me throughly while serving other customers as well. Nice to see staff of different ages included in the team too

Thnx Reece for solving my problem of buying weight plates that were secure on the smaller barbell I have at home, but also big enough so I didnt have to squat down as far whilst deadlifting. This preventing injury. Am lifting with less fear now. Heaps of thnx dude! ️‍️

Prompt friendly service. Was after a pair of walking shoes and they had a few different type on sale. Was in and out of the shop within 10 minutes

Honestly the worst service… do not do click and collect here! The man that brought my item to the car was so rude! He stood there and watched me (a young mum) struggle to put a heavy item in the car with the help of my child and didn’t even offer to help! I asked his name and he said “I’m not telling you that”. Disgusting! Shop elsewhere if you want help/good service!

I really enjoyed shopping here for new training gear! The staff was super helpful and Covid conscious which I respect! We're all tired of these masks but they still managed to show a smile through the mask! Thank you for your service and patience:)

I purchased a home gym from Rod at Robina Rebel sport. I had a slight issue with the equipment and the response and customer care service was excellent. The best thing about purchasing from a store like Rebel is being able to call them for advice and assistance and your issue to be resolved very quickly. I would certainly go to Rebel sport for all future purchases.

Poor service from young guy in footwear. Couldnt have cared less, ended up with wrong sized shoes.they only had thick mens socks to try on ladies runners. Asked for ladies socks he told me I would have to buy them to use ladies socks.really! Brought them home and tried on with my own socks, way too small. Took them back, asked to get half sized next size up or one size up, was told they dont make them. Again couldn't have cared less, did not offer any alternative. So back to counter with my receipt and got a full refund. Will never buy anything from this store again. Oh also they wanted my full name address phone number etc to obtain a refund, I refused, stated you dont ask for my particulars when I buy the products, I will not give it for a refund. She said it was company policy.but this time only she would do it. Well there will not be a next time, never shop at this store ever again and wont have to worry.

So left here with a full refund and went to Harbour Town New Balance store and got excellent service and shoes that fit.

Was looking for a shoe for my son. They were very helpful couldnt find his size unfortunately but great service will deffienetly visit again.

Can you guys get some size 3.5 Rugby Balls. Like for 6 months I keep going in and its only every size 5 balls. Really?
