Dan's service from the beginning to the end was amazing. He went out of his way to make sure everything was taken care of and I would've struggled a lot today without his help.

It's a clean store with helpful staff. Their products are more expensive than those found in K-Mart etc however they do have a more professional range.if you are starting a new sport get the cheep stuff from K-Mart. If you are well into your chosen sport get the quality stuff from Rebel.

Went to Rebel to grab some new trainers. Busy season. Dan was excellent in the attention, service and advice he gave to ensure I was able to get the shoes best suited to my needs. Great service from Kyle today. My partner has been to Rebel sport multiple times at Robina and had bad service but is very happy with today’s encounter.

I tend to get my sneakers from here and stock up with two or three pairs when they have their specials.

Normally in this shop, at my age, I'm completely ignored by floor staff. A young one the other day said 'hello ', then ducked off like she might get rabies if she asked if I needed help. A more mature shop assistant actually stopped and helped me today! Amazing! I'm a young 60 but trying to get service some days here is just impossible. I have many, many $$$ disposable income but you'd think I had two heads here.

Absolutely loved it they helped me a lot great group of people working there will definitely be going there again just cause of the customer service! Keep it up!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Went to buy training shoes in NY sales. It was very busy but the three or four staff members in the shoe area handled things very efficiently.

We get all our family sporting goods here. Especially great if you have kids playing soccer, the staff are super helpful when fitting shoes, and have a great coupon system that my kids use also.

Nice and clean compare with Pacific fair have 2 advantage 1 easy parking 2 have apple stores and Samsung and city chick and so on. But PF have better food and more fun.

Pretty good generally across sportswear and gear. I'm into contact sports, so boxing gear, mouthguards, clothing and kettlebells I've purchased here. Reasonable range, not specialists but know enough to provide useful advice.

Great range. Really helpful staff but larger sizes e.g men's 12 + often need ordering. Apparently you can donate Revel Active Points to schools etc

Ask for help no real assistance offered, wont be going back much better service at oxenford store
