Few good specials when i was there. Bought an adidas gym pants for $10. Staff were nice, few of them asked if i needed help. At the counter they couldn’t find my membership but they offer to register again and guy was very patient while i was trying go find email

It was a short one-time visit to purchase a single item but it was pleasant. The staff member I approached for assistance was very friendly and and helpful. The girl who served was equally friendly as well. Customer service is very important and they showed they had high standards

Store opening hours said it closes at 9pm on Thursday. I was running a bit late but drove there and showed up at the store around 8.50pm. I knew exactly what I wanted and would have spent only a few mins picking it out and paying for it. But to my surprise the entrance was 80% closed off with a guy standing in front looking ready to tell customers their closed. If your opening hours is till 9pm, open till 9pm. I wasted my time and probably won’t go back.

Be aware rebel now charges $1.50 for a bag. Trying to beat internet based competition by being hostile to your customers and charging them a tax to take their purchases away. Bravo.
