Super quiet most of the time and very easy to get help if required and staff are friendly. They have all the usual products that you expect to find in rebel expect maybe not the largest range in this particular store.

The staff there are really hospitable and you'd be surprised with the amount of firsthand experience some of them have with the stuff they're selling. One of the staff there, Caylan, turned out to have almost a decade of experience in a range of martial arts. He was really down-to-earth, attentive, and helped me grab the best quality set of boxing gloves I could for what I was doing. Let him know he's doing an amazing job and it's not going unnoticed. Great customer service!:)

Good for my new year resolution to exercise more, unfortunately products outlive my good intentions but hey got lots of cool sporting gear hardly worn

Awesome customer service at Rebel Indooroopilly.staff went above and beyond waiting for us on a Friday afternoon at closing time so we could pick up a pair of much needed rugby boots. Highly recommend this business.

Located on the first floor near JB Hi-Fi. Not many staff here, so hard to get help. There was more than 15 people at the checkout waiting to get served. This store could do with more staff.

I haven't had great, let alone good customer service from any shop for a long time now. The service I got from this store was amazing! Tatiana served me and what she didn't know about the exercise bike I was looking at, she used her initiative & found out by asking other staff or researching online. I really appreciated that she didn't try to strong-arm me into signing up for shop membership. When staff members try to overly push you into signing up for something you don't want, I'm more inclined to walk away without purchasing anything. It's a big turn-off. So anyway, the other staff members were equally nice & all up, it was so nice to be treated like a valued human being. They made a sale out of me & I can't wait for my exercise bike to arrive.

Mitch is an exceptional staff member of Rebel Indooroopilly. He goes above and beyond to help customers. He's honest and will try to give you the best deal possible. He also engages in "Random Acts of Kindness". He went out of his way at an extremely busy time to assemble a piece of gym equipment for my son's 18th birthday when I told him I hadn't heard from the out of store assembly people. Thank you Mitch for your kindness and excellent service. You deserve a payrise!

The best anyone has to offer in overpriced sportswear! Nice treadmills, and an absolute monopoly on sporting goods stores. Gotta 5 star that business savvy.

This Rebel sport has a wide range of products and parking onsite. However, staff are young and inexperienced and could and should offer more assistance to customers

Excellent Customer service provided by Mitch last Saturday. We went to the store in search of some spare parts with not a lot of expectation that we would find them. We were so impressed with the service offered by Mitch who went over and above to not only source the parts we required but he provided us with detailed information about the product. This level of exceptional customer service was so appreciated.

Thank you to Indooroopilly store for your help. After ordering 4 Nike shirts online 2 of them had the security tags still attached! I bought them on line so I didn't have to brave the school holiday masses! Thanks to Indooroopilly for fixing a rooky mistake which was very annoying!

Great products with specials to look out for all the time. Check back in occasionally to browse the specials racks, and find some gems.
Great range of clothing and workout gear

They probably don't have what you are looking for here. Squat rack? What's that? And if they do have it, it's ridiculously expensive.

Was easy to return shoes that didn't fit. However, would be nice if they stocked more shoes for wider feet.

Nicholas, one of the staff there was very helpful and patient. The store didn’t have the size of the roller skate and he went calling other stores to place a hold on the size we wanted.
