I met a very friendly worker who helped me buy some shoes, we got chatting and it turns out we both were going to the footy that same night and met each other there for a follow up chat about how the new shoes were treating me! (I was a tourist, lots of walking!)

I was trying to look for the Under Armour underwear while visiting the store today. Due to being an irregular customer, I had no idea where to find them. I was waking up and down the aisles looking for them and then come a lovely young shop assistant come helping me out. Thank you. I definitely will return.

Nice big clean Rebel. Can be difficult to find a staff member who knows about the thing you're looking for but be patient. I've been here a few times and it's generally good but not all the time - and seems to be especially difficult if you have small children with you - is the staff not interested in assisting parents?

Rebel Sports at the Indooroopilly Shopping Centre is one place we have always received excellent customer services. They have a great range of products and there's always great bargains. Such great service is very rare these days, which makes Rebel Indooroopilly extra special!

With only 5 minutes to spare before the store was to close, Megan B provided me with outstanding customer service, locating the specific item i was interested in and going out of her way to open the item up and allow me try the the product on.she knew a lot about the product & was educated in its use and how it was meant to fit, etc.

Went in to buy a new pair of NB trainers - commented the last pair (that I was wearing) didn’t last that long before the adhesive let go on the left toe. Thanks to the wonderful Jess checking the purchase date (October 21) etc, my new shoes were free. I’m was very impressed. Many thanks to Jess and all the helpful staff at Rebel.

Awesome assistance in buying a supportive pair of sports shoes- they really know their stuff and are super organised.

A great shop which my son and I frequent often. We each participate in multiple sports and always find the gear we need at a competitive price. The staff are always friendly and attentive. The sales are great and there's a large selection to choose from. Today, we had excellent customer service as we tried to find some soccer boots for my son. The sales associate was patient and incredibly helpful. He had great advice and helped us find a great fitting pair of boots

My experience at Rebel wasn’t everything that I hoped it would be. The staff that I spoke to seemed to have a weak grasp on product knowledge and one openly bagged their manager “brent” Whilst they were trying to pretend to help me purchase shoes.

Not sure if these problems are a result of the staff that seem like they aren’t even out of high school or due to the poor guidance they seem to have from their managers.

Great store amazing staff. They can multi task whilst dealing with more than one inquiry and more than one customer at once. This is epic.

They do not muck around. Articulate, polite, whilst being very attentive. Eager to please and assist with amazing product knowledge. Well done guys keep going.

I feel very upset that I can't shop in a store without someone following me round like I'm going to steal something because I have a big bag. I'm currently shopping for an anniversary present for my partner and I was made to feel very uncomfortable to the point where I could not concentrate on what I was looking at and had to leave as I was being followed around by a shop assistant who actually was preventing me from looking at the section I asked to see. It's upsetting to feel pushed out of a shop like that.
