Where did Andrew, Tommy and Trish go? Why did they not tell us they were selling up. Disappointing. But typical.

Save your money or go to another store! RUN WHILE YOU CAN!
The lady who did my nails did them too short after I stated I wanted them long and had to re do them! 1 day after having my nails paying $50 3 of them broke and the store didn’t answer the phone! Not worth it

Great customer service very friendly and helpful. Lovely pedicures and manicures for my mum and I. Will definitely go back

It was my first time getting my nails done, & I’m very happy with the result & especially the customer service! I had Dao, & she was very lovely & friendly. They even offered us complimentary water & Christmas lollies! Thank you very much, would 100% recommend to anyone x

My two teenage daughters just had their nails done here. $140.00 for both. 1 looks ok but unfortunately the other has all different sized nails that look as if they are lifting. Unfortunately for her she had the insulting male staff member, who should concentrate a little more on doing a good job as apposed to making people feel uncomfortable. I will be taking her back myself so he can explain his poor workmanship and attitude. I wish i had read the reviews for this business earlier.

HORRIBLE, if I could give them Zero star I would. Don’t go there they use cheap material, 3 of us walked out with horrible nails, mine looked like I had had them for 3 weeks, my girlfriends manicure was already peeling of and also there very rude! Save your money and run

It was a terrible service
My nails were not cleaned or cut properly, the staff was rude and not gentle

The technician I had was as rough as guts. I left with one of my soles bleeding and only noticed when I got home.

Average. They certainly aren't friendly, but they do a basic pedicure for cheap. Its a $30 pedicure so I wouldn't expect perfection. They are fast though if you're short on time & they can always accommodate walk-ins. I hate the heel shaver thing though, so I have to be quick to tell them no once they start pulling it out.

Good nail service but the ladies need to work on their customer service. They don't smile and don't even look you in the eye when they speak to you.

Rude customer service and really poor quality shop. Seats were all cracked leather and the women working there basically yelled at me to sit down. Not many colours available

Trish and Andrew are amazing! Always fit me in last minute on my lunch breaks and great to catch up with them every time!
