Every nail is shaped differently and the polish has chip after one day. My friend also went and her whole nail also broke off. Expensive too not worth the money at all

Love this nail salone, all the staff are really nice. They do a great job everytime. I highly recomend you to go here as ive never had a bad experience.

I super inlove with my gel polish. Sarah made a job well done earlier today. This is only the 2nd time I had my nails professionally cleaned but will surely not be the last. Will surely be back. Thank you.

Had the worst customer service experience, they don’t even listen to you properly before starting on and are very rude when you try to tell them what you want. Two of my nails were broken halfway after three days of getting them done.

I always go there to get my nails done and they always do so good on my nails. But yesterday I went to go get my nails done and the guy that did them did an awful job.he didn't give me the colour I asked for, he shaped them weirdly and when I went to go pay the sign says it was $65 for a full set yet they charged me an extra $5 just for some plain acrylic nails. I've never had this problem before but I'm really disappointed.

Went here on Saturday for a pedicure terrible experience with my pedi lady cut my cuticle twice was bleeding and hurting she proceeded to rush me through and was very heavy handed. Then I get home check my bank account and I’ve been charged twice for pedicure. I return the next day and told them and showed transaction of being charged twice to then be told we can’t pay you until it’s no longer pending I explained I needed the money they said no not until money has stopped pending. Hello the money has left my account. I then got told to text them a screenshot then I’ll get my money back. Pending transactions take up to ten days. I’m now down money and had to cancel plans as I’m low on funds. All because of their stuff up! I don’t even know if I’ll get my money back. Do not go to the place!

My first time here and I had a really good experience. I had a very nice guy who did my nails (shellac). He had a conversation with me during the process and was very attentive. He helped me pick out a colour and communicated very well with me and kindly told me to mention if the process was at all painful as i initially went into remove my acrylics. I am going to get my nails done here from today!

My favourite set of acrylics yet! Perfect shape - lady who did my nails knew exactly what she was doing. They’re super strong lasting really well - will definitely be going back!

The absolutely worst manicure/pedicure I have EVER HAD. Owner seemed more interested in how many bums on seats he could fit, wish I could show you the result, including bleeding around my nail……

Was charged $60 for a spa pedicure - rushed job! Sign says $55 pedicure but they put a $5 gel on my toes and didn’t ask me or tell me about it? Service is a 0 - lady was rude and just rushed on doing my pedi! Damn paid $60 and didn’t even get my massage chair turned on! Don’t waste your time and money coming here- they don’t care about the quality/service! Update on my toenails - so the lady who did my toes dug deep into my skin on big toe- causing an infection on both big toe nails + now new skin is growing around my big toe!

Went here to get bridesmaid nails done in December. I definitely do not recommend getting your nails done here. Worst nails I have ever had. The guy that did them was more interested in talking with a co worker than actually focusing on my nails and getting them perfect. Worst acrylic application, told me he didn't think he could do french tip on stiletto nails when clearly you can if you actually know how to do nails. At the end there was glue all over my fingers, stiletto nails were stumpy and uneven as well as they were lifting after literally a day.

I had to get them removed and done again they were that bad. I will never come back.

If you want disgusting nails that cost a lot this is the salon for you.

Had my nails done last night and one of the best and friendliest places I’ve been. Andy & Sarah were super friendly. It’s good to know that the staff have such unity and fun at work. Will be back and will recommend others to definitely visit the chermside salon.

Been coming here for 10+ years and have NEVER been disappointed. Always get exactly what I ask for and leave super happy. Andyy is fantastic at getting the shape of my nails JUST right every time. I'll never go anywhere else.

Worst nail salon what a ripoff.my toenails wasn’t cleaned and cuticles not removed.she pushed the nails clean on the left foot and the right NO.just quick quick.told her to buff my dried skin toes.nail polish gel all spread outside.when paying the guy.wants me to go to the ATM And give him cash? Pushing me to go less 10%. I told him NO! I don’t need a discount and I’m not going to the ATM. NEVER AGAIN

Really poor quality manicure today. Had normal polish and the second layer is not even covering my entire nail, huge gaps all the way round. Complete waste of $25.

First time coming to ProfessioNail after contemplating the various amount of nail salons available at Westfield. They did a fantastic job with executing my requests and the staff are friendly and professional. Will be coming back, highly recommend:)

Michael was so fun to talk to while filling my nails. He also ensured my requests were met with my pedicure (I like the metal razor used on the bottom of my feet with a heavy focus on getting rid of calluses) and he even gave me some tips and product suggestions to help keep my feet softer between pedicures. This is the only nail place I’ll be going to now!

We had a large group and the staff were lovely and accommodating so we could all sit together. We were probably those loud and annoying girls that go get their nails done before a wedding.

Quality of the service was good. We all came out happy with the colour and shape. One of our number was very anxious to have their pedicure but the staff were patient and understanding and went at a pace that made them comfortable.

One of the girls noticed a bubble in their gel nail and the staff were happy to fix it before we all left.

Only issue I experienced was a stinging feeling when getting my pedicure (specifically the nail filing). I ended up with a small cut across my big toe which has caused me some pain since

With so many nail salons to choose from in Chermside there needs to be a point of difference. The staff were super friendly, upon entry and throughout the services.
I had a manicure and pedicure, they listened to exactly how I would like it, as I am rather particular. This was all done with a smile. I will be back. Thank you for providing a great service, and for having a clean salon, something your competitors could learn from.
