I love getting my nails done here. The staff are always friendly. They are very precise with their nails and nail art. Customer service is out standing and they are also reasonably priced. 10/10

We booked in for an nice start to a hens party on a Saturday morning. We arrived late and they still accommodated all 8 of us without a fuss even though they were extremely busy!

Go all the time, great owners who also work in there, staff are friendly, mostly keep to themselves, great array of colours as well as quality service and positive experiences.

I had my nails done on Sunday Morning. Quick service. I only had to wait for 5 mins. The lady who removed my previous shellac nail colour was very lovely. But then another lady took over and she was so rude. She treated me like I have never had my nails done before. I was not comfortable with her at all. I have got my nails done many times but never had experience like this. Look at my nails done smaller than the other. They are so bumpy.

I got full set acrylic, the Acrylic does not fully cover my nail and the bottom near the cuticle has a massive gap, they are also bumpy and uneven in some places.the lady was rude and made me feel uncomfortable, other workers were nice and professional.

I had a really bad experience. The staffs were very rude and they were judging our English. They told you’re a uni student and you don’t understand English language like seriously? Their behaviour was not good. They were not being gentle as well. REALLY DISAPPOINTED

ProfessioNAIL is my go to nail company. Especially the chermside store. Sophie did my nails this morning and She did exactly what I was looking for. Thank you so much for making my neon nails come to life. I wish I could post a photo ️

Quite quick and very nice staff. My sister and friend got there's done properly, but one of my nails is quite wonky. Still was a great experience and the lady who was doing mine and my friends nails was lovely and very helpful. Would come back.

I'm always happy after a visit to ProfessioNail Chermside. My nails are always perfectly shaped, the shellac never chips and my nails last. I find the staff very friendly and always up for a chat. Sophie is my go-to and she never disappoints. 10/10! Thanks Michael, Sophie and team!

Worst nail experience EVER. Went there months ago and my own nails are still recovering.
Rude, unprofessional service, staffs argued with each other, discussed on customers with other language, but not focusing on their job. The staff who served me was rough, kept hurting my nails, I tried few times telling her to be gentle, she ignored me every time, kept talking with other staffs, very impatient, which made me feel I was doing something wrong to tell her what I felt.
My nail looked very ugly in the end.don’t even feel like doing nails anymore

If I could give more stars I would! I absolutely love this place and all the wonderful staff members. I had to travel a lot for work so I have experienced so many different places and none are as good as Chermside. I love the nails they always last such a long time and are always perfect. The vibe of Chermside is so lovely too I always feel so at home and the staff always remember me and the things that are going on in my life it almost feels like we are close friends. Thank you so much to all the staff members I never will go anywhere else!

When I got my nails done the other day they were in such a rush to get the acrylic nails on. In the next day the shellac started to chip off the nails and now only 5 days later 2 have fallen off use to be good two years ago and last ages but now I doubt I’ll be coming back due to the service and quality for the price

I love this place, their are two girls here that I always go too because they really listen to what I want. I’ve been to other places before where they didn’t even ask what shape I wanted. Here they get my shape perfect every time. They are really good with the nail art. Every time I bring in photos they always match it! Thank you so much I will always use your services!

Very bad experience ever in my life.customer service was not good and the polish was not applied properly.the person who attended me was seemed in rush

Been to several nail salons in the past & could not find anyone that had good service to match up with good skills. I visited this place few days ago & I am absolutely impressed with the high level of service & workmanship they have provided me. I absolutely love my new set of nails.
