Um WOW! I just had the nicest experience at Princess Nails & Spa! Hannah who did my nails and the young man who helped could not have been nicer, they were friendly and very thorough. That was also honestly one of the best foot massages I have had with a pedi (and we know how important those are). I didn't have to wait long at all and they helped fix up my nails which were in a sad state before! Cant wait to go back and cant recommend enough <3!

I have loved going here for years especially after the move/renovation but today was my last attempt. Put my name down, was told I could come back in 15 minutes. Then was seated at a foot spa that had items floating in the water. Was reseated and waited about 40 minutes and still no service and no updates. Eventually I had to leave as I couldn’t wait any longer.

I went here to get my acrylics removed and they literally just ripped them off. It was obviously incredibly painful and it was the first time I’d ever had any removed so didn’t know any better. I now know that they can soak them to make them come off easily and I don’t understand why that wasn’t done.

This is my personal little haven which I look forward to going to each time! To begin with, each and every one of them are absolute artists. It’s a beautiful salon, it’s so clean and cosy. The level of customer service is outstanding and extremely professional every time without fail. I’ve had a couple of clumsy accidents in the past and each time they have managed to take a somewhat mangled nail and make it perfect again, so their work is amazing! Also I’ve gotten to know them and them me and they are a lovely bunch of guys and gals. If want a top quality, professional and creative manicure or pedicure I totally recommend Princess Nails and Spa at Stafford. Also their prices are very reasonable.

The only place I will go to get my nails done! All of the staff are so lovely. I get my SNS nails done by Michelle and they never chip or crack even after 4 weeks. Obviously very busy as they are so good. Would recommend!

I love visiting Princess Nails & Spa! I am looked after so nicely by the Staff, & in particular, “Tracey”! She is so pleasant & paints my nails the same colour as my motorcycle tank, which is SO cool! Would highly recommend!

One of the worst acrylics sets that I have had an along time. The nails are so thin and flimsy. I can literally bend them. They have no shape all natural arch to them just flat and straight in very rough. If you are looking for a new local nail salon this is definitely not where to go. Especially for acrylics. I also showed in photo of the design I wanted which is like a flame design and it looks nothing like the photo. DO NOT RECOMMEND this salon. UPDATE. I went back the day after to ask them to fix my nails and they bluntly refused and also refused to refund me. This is completely and utterly a waste of time and energy to compete with such disrespectful staff and owner. I cannot believe the disrespect and rude attitude of what is meant to be a lovely salon. SO PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND YOUR NAILS AND NEVER GO HERE.

I’ve been going to princess nails for almost 10 years now. It’s the best nail salon I’ve ever been to! I love the friendly service and how well they do my nails. The salon is always clean and welcoming. All the staff there are lovely and do an amazing job. I usually see Tracy and she’s wonderful, she always does my nails perfectly and they last a long time before they need a refill.
If you’re looking for perfect nails and great staff, princess nails is your place!

Very poor and bad service and quality!
We did manicure and pedicure, the lady was in a rush and she put me pressure to choose the colour for the scellac, she did hurt me and my partner got extra cut top of the toes nails and got hurt and bleeding.the other one who’s did pedi left my death skins (differently) they haven't done properly did full on rush, as we were been doing from other place we didn't feel we had done menicure and pedicure just feel like went there for put moisturise and for nail cut we had problem with that they were keep talking their language which is really awkward feeling Sounds bad

I definitely will not go back to this place and I don’t recommend it.
Also I paid $100and still very unhappy with the unprofessional services.

It took me so long to find a nail place I loved and I'm sooo glad I found these wonderful ladies and gents. I love my nails every time, they do much a great job!

Very rushed. Nails look nice from far away but crusty close up and my nas where healthy and fine before this. Nice spa atleast.

Kept me waiting for 15 minutes before they even started. I eventually walked out. Check whether they are ready for you on arrival unless you want to waste time.

Fairly long wait and then manicure that didn't entail either providing a bowl with water, or cutting the cuticle, or hand cream and massage at the end. Basically just rounding of my nails, shelak colour that is still transparent, so doesn't look great and quite messy as well.dots from the nail polish on the skin around the nail as well. All the process felt very rushes. And for that $30. Really tired of getting poor service for reasonably high price.

AMAZING! Honestly best nail salon I’ve ever been to! Their attention to detail is impeccable, great friendly service, super attentive and overall great value for money! I’ve been going here for 3 years and have never gone anywhere else.really recommend!:) Thanks for always looking after me princess nails!

I love this place! I am a regular and always feel welcomed. They even wave and say hello when we walk past. Michelle, Simon, Salina and the team are great

I have been a loyal customer here and gone through many cards. Today however, they have lost my business. There seems to be too many chiefs and not inough Indians. I came in and wrote my name down and was greeted by the normal ‘can I help you’ from someone behind a mask. (I understand the need for the masks but not knowing who you are speaking to is annoying) I turned and said a mani pedi please. I was then told to come back in 20 minutes. They were very busy. I said I would sit just outside. Off which I did. Then to my amazement I saw 5 different ladies come and put their names down and be shown to a chair. SeverL others came and were told to come back in 20 minutes. When 1/2 hour was up and I hadn’t been asked to come for my treatment I walked back to the counter where again I was asked from behind a mask, “ can I help you” by one of the ladies that had been right in prime position to see that I was sitting there waiting. I will now go somewhere else.

Nice nail place the only thing I didn't like is that the lady that did my pedicure did a terrible job my feet felt worse off when I walked out the other thing they talk in there own language in front of customers which I found rude not very professional. The first time I went to this salon there was only one lady that took the time to do her job properly I commend her on doing such a fantastic job and would definitely see her again

An absolute rip-off. $60 for the lady doing the nails to completely ignore what was asked for. Wrong colour, wrong shape, wrong length. Extremely unhappy with the service and product. I do not recommend going here.
