Strongly NOT recommended. I had a spa pedi there and I could say that they barely did an actual pedi. I even had to ask them to do foot scrub. They were so unfriendly and the customer service was just horrible.
It would be my first and last experience there.

Quite rough and aggressive polish removal, filing etc. Took about 1 kg of skin off the bottom of my feet without asking if I wanted the razor which I might add was not out of a sterile packet - none of their equipment is! Not friendly nor relaxing.

Horrible, rude staff filed my nails so much my skin is cut and bleeding. Nails look awful too, avoid at all costs

Got a voucher for my fiancé at that place in Toombul Shopping Centre.
Due to flooding the shop closed.
They opened 2-3 new shops at different locations in Brisbane.
At any of those new locations they would not honour that voucher or return the money. Their excuse was that due to losing a lot of money to flooding in Toombul they can not honour that voucher. Absolutely disgusting. Not to mention how rude they were over the phone and in person.

Absolutely never again! First pedi I had was by an older lady who cut my cuticles so much I flinched, to which my foot was slapped each time. I left with bleeding nails.
Giving the benefit of the doubt, I tried again. The same lady.the same treatment. I left with my nails bleeding and toes tingling for hours afterwards. Steer well clear!

Rude staff and my nails look awful - uneven and rough, polish on my fingers, and bumpy unfinished polish.

Please update your prices and include if it’s additional because I just got my gel polish removed from hand and feet and it costed $40 not impressed the sign on the front window say $20 for the service dont change the price when it’s shown for cheaper

After service at Princess Nails Stafford, I am so surprised at how high they set the bar.
I have been here three times and every time they have left me in awe at how much they do for you and the quality of the treatment and the cleanliness of the shop.
Each pedicure includes the full massage of the legs/ feet, proper exfoliation, callus removal and paint. They are precise with painting and the massage chairs actually work so well.
The facilities are clean and clearly well looked after. It doesn’t matter which technician you get, they have all given amazing service. Love this place!

Workers were more preoccupied with doing each others nails than doing customers, told me to come back in 15 minutes because of it, very unprofessional.

Worse place for getting your nails done in I asked and showed a picture of what I wanted and nails were done completely wrong

I had my nail don’t at princess at Stafford on 3 1 23 old woman cut me I had to have nail tacking off in st Vincent hops back to see then.no help from then8056 of off pocket don’t go they coral

Wouldn’t touch these guys with a 10ft pole ever again. Left with chunky, unfinished looking nails that are horrible. Asked for French tip acrylics that were square round and not very long, they didn’t listen at all just wanted to get me out as quick as possible, taking in people when they are already full so they just leave you to start someone else and then rush you through. Can see clearly where the acrylic has been glued, nails are wide and chunky not slime and squared, charged me 80 f*ing dollars when it says $60 and didn’t advise of any additional costs. Huge gaps, wonky tips, paint missing and patchy everywhere 0 stars go elsewhere!

Nails were clipped too short and varnish was over fingers - I could have done this job for less than $30.00. Really a waste of money.

Took ages and they were very rough, they cut my skin more then once and do what i asked for however colour option was nice

Terrible. Asked for length to be kept long and they unevenly filed them back to stumps. Paint job horrendous, wait time long, overall just a really bad experience unfortunately

My formal is in 2 days and I decided to get a set of acrylics with my friend for this event. First of all, the service was slack and 3 women were rotating with eachother doing my nails different, and were constantly getting up to do something. My thumb started bleeding because the lady was so harsh with the drill and my friend was constantly getting interrupted by her nail tech since she was always on the phone. We both got simple white nails with a simple black design on our nails. However, the lines were botched and there is black nail polish all over my friends fingers/hands. In the end, we both paid $100 for such poor quality nails. Will not go here again.

DO NOT GO HERE. If I could put a 0 star review I would. Had a pedi done here with my friend we sat the the chair for 25mins before someone came over and started us. The lady I had was rough and rude, cut my toenails way to short and cut me more than once. Was so rough with my toes they now hurt because she bent them in a way that toes aren’t meant to be bent. Massage was terrible and quick. She had nail polish all over my toes and if I hadn’t said anything I don’t think she would have fixed it. Not worth the $55 we spent just getting a pedicure. Would really like my money back honestly.
