My wife visited this place, and we were disappointed with how badly the service this place provides—lack of professionalism.

Loved this place. Friendly, well presented. My sns nails lasted weeks unlike the ones I get in Sydney!

Got a full set of acrylics and small designs on all fingers (design was two lines on top of each other). The first lady who glued my acrylics on was very rough, one of my nails were tilted slightly and one wasn’t glued on properly. Another lady came do the rest, she fixed the badly glued nail but not the tilted one. I had a picture reference which she looked at and later didn’t need (which she did need because it was poorly done). The design was only two lines and she made every one of them sloppy, uneven and didn’t do as the photo showed. I had to pay $80 for $45 acrylics and two lines on each finger. I cried not long after knowing i have to wear these for a month and losing $80.

Terrible experience. I'll never come back. This place complete lacks professionalism, commitment, care for their customers and effort. I visited on 1 May 2022 and had a shellac manicure. The older lady was really rough and rude all the time, she does not care about other people. She bumped your hands all the time with the dry machine and grabbed your hands like a piece of rock. The water was cold, and she cut my nails so badly and hurt my hand with a nail shaper. The worst experience ever.

Terrible! Steer clear! Used to be a really great salon however the last two times I’ve been I have had awful experiences! Similar to other reviews. Spa pedi, my toes have been completely cut into left bleeding & swollen!

I have been here before and been happy however yesterday (16/03/2022), the experience was terrible. It was rushed (arrived at 4.15 and out by 4.40. The salon was not busy at the time and there was no one waiting. She was completely disinterested in what she was doing as well as being extremely rough to the point of hurting and cutting my skin. I was not asked if I wanted my nails trimmed - she just 'hacked' into them using the "cuticle trimmers" taking the entire corner out of my nail and then ripping this out so far that it bled and is still painful today. I will have to be very careful that I don't develop ingrown toenails. I only asked for clear which was lucky as it was the roughest paint job and, as she applied the polish over the top of cuticle oil - most has rubbed off already. Complete and utter waste of $40.00. I would have preferred to private messaged however there is no facility for this and other customers have the right to know.

Very rushed pedicure I was literally sitting in the chair for less than 30 minutes total and 5 of that was choosing polish colours the woman wasn’t interested in saying hello or anything. The massage was very rushed and even scrubbing of the feet there is still dead skin. $15 for a gel polish is very rich in my opinion as I picked a pink glitter polish with chunky glitter that turned into just the glitter and no base coat but wasn’t even cleaned up from the surrounding nail. For a $55 service I’m very unhappy first time trying this salon and I’m very disappointed such a sad Mother’s Day treat to myself!

The technician was lovely and she did a lovely job.
Only negative was the leg massage was more a time filler.

Terrible experience. Will never return. I visited on 22 March 2022 and had a shellac pedicure. The woman sanded the cuticles down on my toes making them bleed and cut the nails at such a degree that they were ripped from the skin also bleeding. Both feet are incredibly sore today. Have photos to show the evidence of damaged toes. Will absolutely not recommend. My feet are in pain today. Complete lack of professionalism, competence, care, effort and detail for this Do not recommend.

Twice now they they have been so rough and this time she cut me with the small scissors so badly that my toe is swollen and stinging. No apology given. My friend also had a similar experience. Do not go there.

The worst experience I have ever had with nails. They cut my feet while giving the pedicure. They filed my long fingernails down to nothing and I left with lumpy shellac on badly shaped shirt nails. Avoid this place.

Worst experience I’ve ever had, I left with a big hunk taken out of my heel and it bleed for a long time and then had the hide to want to charge me $45

I have been getting acrylic nails for over 6 years and just moved to the area. I was shocked by the rudeness of the staff members that worked in the store. It was not surprising once I met the 'owner' of the store. After being told that I would be able to receive nail art by the nail technician, 5 minutes before closing they advised they would not be able to complete the job. The 'owner' an ill-mannered and aggressive man who made a deal of making me so uncomfortable that security was contacted by a passing customer. My nail broke two days after visiting this salon. I hope a better salon takes over from this one soon. Worst service I have ever received.

Couldn’t recommend Princess Nails more, I always get exactly what I ask for and leave happy! The staff are always beautiful, helpful and friendly even when they are busy. Ann is by far my favourite artist, she’s so talented, detail oriented and her hand painted designs are incredible, if you get the chance to request someone I’d highly recommend her!

That was the most awful SNS manicure experience I’ve ever had.
The older woman was so rough & rude. So rough in fact that she made my finger bleed… didn’t even mention it or apologise, just repeatedly rubbed alcohol in to the cut to make it burn. Never got me to get up and wash my hands in between applying the top coat, so now my nails are all rough to touch.
Will never come back here.

First experience here was great. They were able to get me in last minute before I'm off to a wedding. Quick, professional, friendly & definitely worth the price!

Second time I visited this place over a week ago-booked for 4pm and still there after 6pm as they continually took on customers for appointments that they clearly had no time for. Disappointed as I couldn't understand what they were telling each other; clearly not which client should be seen to first according to appointment bookings. Will not return to this as manager has to coordinate who does what.

All the staff are friendly, courteous and very professional. I would highly recommend Princess Nails & Spa.

This is the second time I have come here and I will NEVER come back again. Staff were rude, barely said a word to me just spoke to eachother- I had 3 different people work on my nails, had to explain to each what I wanted- even showed pictures to explain. I went in with long nails, my nails were shaped to all different lengths- my thumb nails were cut back so short I almost wanted to cry. They didn’t listen to the colour I wanted and walked out looking nothing like what I wanted. I will be going elsewhere to have them taken off and redone because I want so disappointed!

I’ve been coming here for about a year now after trying many different nail salons around Brisbane. I am very fussy (to say the least) about how my nails are done… I always get SNS with french tips and Anne is THE BEST. They never break (unless I do something stupid like slam them in a door) and last at least 3 weeks depending on the growth of my nail. As it’s a very popular salon I always make sure to call an hour or so before I arrive to make an appointment so I’m not left waiting too long. The staff are always friendly and extremely hardworking.
