I attended in 2019 with an extremely sore finger which I injured at work. The doctor was rude and uninterested. He didn’t look at it or touch it. I was told there was nothing wrong with it. I lived with the pain until earlier this year when I went to a different medical centre. It’s been 2 days since I had surgery on that finger for the injury I attended primary medical centre for in 2019. Turns out there was something wrong with it.

The worst medical centre, rude service over the phone.
They are not organized, I have rung multiple times to have my documents uploaded correctly it is close to a month and I am still calling to the medical to fix my simple document so I can work.

Primary Medical Centre Robina have always gone above and beyond for me. Appointments with my GP are at times hard to get but I have never been turned away and told to come in anyway and I would be seen.

Karen the practice Manager is the first to offer help and guidance particularly for work related issues.

I have been a long term patient here and I would highly recommend the practice if you want health professionals who care and offer the right advice.

I recently swapped to this centre when my previous one closed down. It’s a great medical centre with everything under one roof. You can get blood tests or xrays straight after your appointment in the same building. Receptionists are very friendly (even though they deal with hundreds of patients and I’ve particularly seen them handle some very difficult ones with a professional approach) Especially Renae the receptionist and Dr Rosendahl who is a very well trained doctor with a great knowledge in multiple fields and genuinely cares about his patients. He’s a great asset to this medical centre and I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Some fantastic doctors in here but some of the reception staff are incredibly rude and incompetent. I was charged twice for a flu shot when I had booked for a whooping cough shot and was told I would be reimbursed and after calling 3 separate times to ask about the reimbursement I was told time and time again that someone would call me back and no one ever did.
If you call for an appointment, expect to be on hold for 5 minutes or more and you can expect some very rude staff.

The receptionist are all really rude. What I can see from comments on here, I’m not the only one. They get annoyed by anyone greeting them. They need a new team. The pharmacy, the lady with the short hair acts entitled with a sarcastic tone.the female doctors I’ve had were great. It’s everyone else. A great large clinic with potential.clean house or loose business

Reception staff are rude, can’t say anything about the doctors as I didn’t book an appointment because of the way I was treated when trying to make an appointment over telephone.

I love the facilities & the Doctor my client sees, but the Receptionists especially the older women are downright rude, patients are already sick & down and the last thing they need is to go to a place of healing and be confronted with your attitude.

What a joke! Waited well over 1.5 hours and was told my name wasn’t in the system although I went to the front reception on my arrival. Even at the 1 hour mark I asked how I was progressing in the cue and was told I was next. After waiting for nearly 2 hours I walked out as it was too ridiculous for words.

This centre is fantastic! Undercover parking is free
staff were very friendly they did have difficulty sorting a few issues with the phone which I understand a new phone system is coming so not the receptionist fault at the end of the day but I can say the went over and above to rectify my issue and that’s what counts how they try to fix it we all make mistakes
I’m extremely happy with their service and this will be my family practice into the future.

Dr Shannon is a very caring and professional doctor, who has always listened to the concerns of Steven, having been in a wheelchair for such a long period, Dr Shannon addresses matters with such empathy whilst ensuring his patients well being is brought to full potential to be interactive in the community, offering hope and direction whilst managing pain and health care. The clinic has installed a new self-service kiosk and added a new feature to the Hot Doc App where you can now check in from home or the shops as a walk in before you arrive in the clinic and my wait time was halved! Extremely happy with the service from the receptionist and doctors here. I will be returning and bringing the rest of my family here!

Took several attempts to get through via phone as you cannot book this dr online. When arrived receptionist did not say a word - he just pointed at the sign for medicare and ID, he did not inform me I needed to sit in another area, dr had to find me, very quick apt. Then had to wait 15 mins to pay as no-one had a clue on how to process it. The self important staff member who did was happy to let us all wait whilst she had a chat with her work colleagues in full view. When she finally decided to help she forgot to put it through to medicare - unprofessional.will not be back.
